Terms & Conditions

- The Islander card is valid for one (01) year.
- Any application for renewal can only be made within six (06) months prior to the expiry of the card.
- The card is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- A membership card will be issued to each family member listed in the Family application.
- The Islander card entitles member(s) 50 times of free admission to Sentosa via Sentosa Express and Sentosa
Buses from Seah Im Bus Terminal.
- The Islander Plus Card entitles only the MAIN card holder member 25 times of free drive-in admission to Sentosa.
- All prevailing privileges and discounts are offered only upon presentation of the membership card and are not
applicable with any other special offers or promotions.
- Sentosa Leisure Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the benefits & privileges, terms and
conditions of the Islander membership without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision/s of Sentosa
Leisure Group will be final.
- The management of Sentosa Leisure Group reserves the rights to reject any application and to terminate a
membership without refund if the terms and conditions of the membership are not complied with.
- The card is the property of Sentosa Leisure Group and must be returned upon request.
- Passport-sized photograph must be submitted within 14 working days of your application.
- Loss of membership card must be reported immediately to our hotline at 1800-SENTOSA (736 8672).
- An administrative fee of S$10.50 shall be levied on each replacement of the membership card.
- Sentosa Leisure Group will not be held responsible for stolen/lost/damaged cards.
- The card is strictly for leisure visits only. Members are not allowed to use the card to enter Sentosa Island for any
other purposes including that of work. Wrongful use of the card shall be subjected to immediate confiscation,
withdrawal of privileges and penalty of up to S$300 (per card).
- All fields in the application form are mandatory and must be fully completed with supporting documents.
Supporting documents include NRIC/Passport or documentary proof of Immigration Pass (e.g. Employment
Pass) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. Incomplete information and/or supporting documents
may lead to delays in the processing or rejection of the application.
- Documents submitted in support of your application will not be returned. Please send only clearly legible
photocopies of documents. Do NOT submit original documents. Original documents should only be produced at
a later date upon request.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of application for mail-in application. You will receive a letter informing you
of the collection date and venue. Walk-in applications will be processed on the spot.
- For Mail-in applications, payment by cheque or credit card only. For cheque payment, please make your cheque
payable to “Sentosa Development Corporation”.
- For Walk-in applications, payment by cash, NETs or credit card only.
- Any upgrading or downgrading of membership shall be subject to prevailing fees and /or charges as may be
imposed by Sentosa Leisure Group.
