Lord, thank you for blessing us, for keeping my family safe and in good health. I thank you for giving us a new baby angel in our family, first born. Amen. -Rael Ambos. CG, It's More Fun in the Feast!

Its Sunday again. Where did Monday to Saturday go? Anyway, since its Sunday, time to celebrate the feast at cinema 1 in SM Valenzuela. In addition, a dessert of fun and laughter awaits us after receiving the buffet of blessings from the feast celebration. After celebrating the feast, we continue to build a personal relationship with God in our small group gathering, known as Caring Group, wherein every member meet together to encourage each other in spiritual growth through Bible study, group discussion about the talk for the week, prayer, or even your personal life and anything you want to share among members. We fill each other with spiritual, social, and emotional needs. The group members also provide for interpersonal support and encouragement during times of difficulty. Can you imagine being part of a Caring Group! Three months ago, I have no idea about the purpose of this ministry since I was only attending the Feast for two months that time. However my urge to experience spiritual growth drove me to sign up and join the group. As we started the course, I found myself enjoying the camaraderie of my CGmates especially during our group discussion and personal sharing in which everybody is all ears and excited to throw their personal thoughts afterwards. Besides, the session will not be completed without the jokes and punch lines from the members while we are having our merienda together. We may not be perfect individuals, but the presence of each others company during our meetings and group discussions is enough to make our Sunday afternoon for the past three months almost perfect. In fact, we are just like friends hanging out together, and the only difference is that our subject is God and His fullness. And believe me one hour is very much short to talk about Him so we cant fight ourselves to always extend our session beyond the allotted time. But time flies really fast my fellow CG mates. Now, that we are about to finish the course within the month, our graduation has yet to come and everybody is excited to our upcoming Jesus Encounter. Finally, we will meet Jesus very soon! To our two CG heads who always there to facilitate our group discussions throughout the semester, thank you, really! And to all of you who are not yet a member of the Care Group, we are looking forward to meet you in the next batch...
