Prudential plc, of the UK. ICICI started off its operations in 1955 with providing finance
for industrial development, and since then it has diversified into housing finance,
consumer finance, mutual funds to being a Virtual Universal Bank and its latest venture
Life Insurance.

Ajay Arora (MD & CEO):

As a founder Ajay Arora, brings exceptional vision and more than 20 years of well-honed
experience in Information Technology development and marketing to Datacomp. Having
served as the Technical Director with Virtual Graphics Private Limited and Softron
Software Consultants Private Limited he gained extensive business development
experience and knowledge of conceptualizing innovative technological solutions for the
Insurance and Finance industries, implementing them and further introducing them to
target markets.

His strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills coupled with extensive
knowledge of the insurance industry has made him a renowned speaker having addressed
audiences at more than 1000 regional and national insurance seminars/conventions. He is
responsible for spearheading the company and establishing a sense of direction for the
company’s products to meet corporate objectives.

Madhu Awatramani (Director):

Madhu Awatramani, B.E from Mumbai served as a project leader for Citibank’s Analytics
division and holds about fifteen years experience in successfully executing several IT
related projects. His work involved developing new markets and building strategic
partnerships for creating a global presence for his product.

Applying his strong business acumen and leadership skills he set up his own hardware
business that took up networking contracts, Y2k projects etc and could boast of clients
such as ChaseManhattan Bank, Hoechst, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Intell, Lintas, Heinz
to name a few. His strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to chalk out strategies for
exploring new markets have been the major motivating factors that have enabled
