All of the above. We all want to deliver successful projects so in order to be successful we need policy, practice and strategies. Policy is important because creating and enforcing policies and procedures may help us do both of these better. Practice makes perfect so in order to achieve you goal just practice and practice. Strategies of those projects importance to enable the organization as a whole to have competitive advantage. It is also important to have efficient and effective project strategies in place.

Disagree because every project development has to follow the cycle/stages or system. In order to complete a project, the project manager/developer needs to process it according to its various stages. Recent project of our Barangay is the renovation of the Church. It is important to considered step-by-step approach to the renovation project because it will ensure us to get the best out of our property and prevent work from having to be done twice.

Design my project within the political agenda. Hands-on Solid Waste Segregation Project approved by Barangay Captain . The political opposition was not just against the project for the sake of being against it, but everyone realized that the project was for everybody's good. With a strong political will and support from higher levels the Solid Waste Segregation Project should be able to sustain and be considered as Public Good above politics and various vested interests. Most residents participated and supported the activities.

4. The Project Planning Matrix (PPM) enables decision makers to identify project purposes and goals and plan for project outputs and inputs. Logical Framework Approach (LFA) is an analytical, presentational and management tool which can help planners and managers. Teenage Pregnancy

5. As a Filipino citizen, its nice to know that the government today is making way to lessen the poverty in our country. And we deserve to know what government officials actions about the poverty thing. But I think giving basic needs such as food is way better than giving out cash because apparently some Filipino do not know how to budget at all and are constantly running out of money. I had read that the program will end after five years. They should not stop to help because more poor Filipino families need their program.

Name of Proposal: Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program Objective: y Social Assistance - to provide cash assistance to the poor to alleviate their immediate need (short term poverty alleviation); and y Social Development - to break the intergenerational poverty cycle through investments in human capital. Households that agree to meet conditions specified in the program.
