ABSTRAK

Revitalisasi adalah upaya untuk menghidupkan kembali daerah yang tidak berfungsi posyandu, yang pada masa silam pernah berjalan, atau mengendalikan, dan mengembangkan daerah, sehingga diharapkan dapat peningkatan kualitas hidup dan peningkatan status gizi serta derajat kesehatan. Upaya revitalisasi posyandu membutuhkan kader-kader posyandu yang aktif dan mempunyai kinerja yang baik dalam melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan-kegiatan posyandu. Kecamatan Pantai Labu mempunyai 54 kader posyandu yang aktif dari 87 kader posyandu yang ada, dan seharusnya memiliki 210 kader posyandu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survai dengan pendekatan cross sectional study bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan kinerja kader posyandu di Kecamatan Pantai labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang Tahun 2009. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kader posyandu yang aktif di kecamatan Pantai labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang berjumlah 54 kader sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi data primer melaui wawancara dan data sekunder yang diperoleh catatan dokumen Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Deli Serdang dan Puskesmas Pantai labu. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi linear berganda pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat hubungan signifikan pendidikan (p=0,004), dan motivasi (p=0,015) dengan kinerja kader posyandu di Kecamatan Pantai labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Tidak terdapat hubungan umur (p=0,160), dan pekerjaan (p=0,114) dengan kinerja kader posyandu di Kecamatan Pantai labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel pendidikan (=0,495; p=0,009), dan variabel motivasi (=0,489;p=0,002) merupakan variabel paling berhubungan dengan kinerja kader kader posyandu di Kecamatan Pantai labu. Kepada Puskesmas Pantai Labu Kecamatan Pantai Labu supaya mengakomodir dan memberdayakan seluruh kader posyandu dalam setiap kegiatankegiatan puskesmas dan mengadakan jenis perlombaan kader posyandu terbaik, dan kepada perangkat desa supaya lebih intensif dalam mengikutsertakan kader posyandu dalam kegiatan-kegiatan sosial di kecamatan Pantai labu sebagai bentuk penghargaan terhadap kader posyandu. ABSTRACT Revitalization is an attempt to reactivate the area with in active posyandu (integrated service post) or to control and develop an area which is expected to be able to improve the quality of life, nutrient status, and health level of the local community. The attempt to revitalize the posyandu needs the active cadres with good performance in implementing all of the posyandus activities. Pantai Labu Subdistrict has currently 54 avtive cadres of posyandu out of the available 87 cadres of posyandu although this district should have 210 cadres of posyandu. The purpose of this survey study with cross-sectionel approach is to analyze the performance determinant of the cadres of posyandu in Pantai labu Sub-district, Deli Serdang District in 2009. The population of this study were all of the 54 active cadres of posyandu and all of them were selected to be the samples of this study. The primary data for this study were obtained through interviws and the secondary data were obtained through studying the documents available in the office of Deli Serdang District Health Service and Pantai Labu Puskesmas. The data obtained were analyzed through Chi-Square and multiple linear regression test at the level of confidence of 95%. The result of this study shows that there was a significant relationship between education (p = 0.004) and motivation (p = 0.015) and the performance of the cadres of posyandu in Pantai Labu Sub-District, Deli Serdang District. The variabels of age (p = 0.160) and occupation (p = 0.114) did not show any relationship with the performance of the cadres of posyandu in Pantai Labu Sub district Deli Serdang District. The multiple linear regression test shows that education ( = 0.495; p = 0.009) and motivation ( = 0.489; p = 0.002) were the most related variables to the performance of the cadres of posyandu in Pantai Labu Sub- district. The Head of Puskesmas Pantai Labu, Pantai Labu Sub-district should accommodate and empower all the cadres of posyandu in each activity of Puskesmas and organize a conpetition to select the best cadres of posyandu. As an appreciation for the cadres of posyandu, the village administration should be more intent in encouraging the cadresof posyandu to participate in all social activities organized in Pantai Labu Sub-district.
