Abstract This paper reviews the e-business competitive advantage strategies using the success at Intel. When key value chain partners, such as Dell Computers and Cisco Systems, started their B2B eprocurement systems, they pressured Intel to convert B2B activities online. Organizations today frequently integrate Internet technology to redesign processes in ways that strengthen their competitive advantages. Success breeds imitation and invites more entries (Information & Management 40 (2003) 581-590). This examines the ever changing technology that is available to companies now that wasnt available years ago. With looking at the e-business model, all of the existing coffee shops, Broadway Caf has to standout in order to survive in this competitive industry and obtaining new customers, keeping existing customers.

THE E-BUSINESS MODE TO MOVE THE BROADWAY CAF E-business has received much attention from entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and industry observers using the internet to promote their business. Without the use of face to face operations, all e-business transactions are performed electronically by using computer and communication networks. The three principal categories of e-business applications are: 1. Electronic markets or e-marketplaces: buying and selling goods and services. 2. Inter-organizational systems: facilitating inter and intra-organization flow of goods, services, information, communication, and collaboration. 3. Customer service: providing customer service, help, handling complaints, tracking orders, etc. (Information & Management 40 (2003) Pg. 582) Business Competitive Advantage The Internet changes the balance of power in relationships with buyers and suppliers by increasing or decreasing the switching costs of these buyers and suppliers. E-Business is define as the conducting of business on the internet, not only buying and selling but also serving customers and collaborating with business partners(Baltzan & Phillips, 2009, p. 85) . The Broadway Cafe can utilize online ordering through coffee and food suppliers other way is using email for communicating with suppliers. Communicating online is the easiest and most convenient way for us to reach both our suppliers and our buyers

Technology Competitive Advantage Intels first focused on building an extranet B2B system to support direct customers online. We picked one thing that we could build very quickly and deploy to our customers, (D.D. Phan / Information & Management 40 (2003) Pg.585). Broadway Cafe uses e-business to communicate with consumers and attract new customers. Broadway Cafe is online and offers customers to create an account. When someone signs up for an account, exclusive offers will be emailed periodically to create stronger interest in the company. With web 2.0, customers can access coupons, specials, and business information in via social networking and e-mail! The Broadway cafe' encourage customers to reach us in 3 easy ways (The Broadway Caf home page). 1.) Visit our facebook! The Broadway Cafe' 2.) Follow us on twitter!! https://twitter.com/#!/Broadwaycafega 3.) E-mail us!! cafeonbroadway@live.com

Key Challenges One of the challenges is using a program such as Google Analytics, for business which could use an interactive dashboard that shows detailed feedback of the advertisements on various sites and which are producing the most clicks. (Google). Other main thing is to get security system which would provide a safer environment for both the customers as well as the caf when transactions occur. (Kioskea). There are many advantages the Broadway Caf would gain by implementing a biometric payment system. First and foremost, that are currently stored only in memory or paper now could be entered into the computer system and password protected. The caf will have to worry about having the competitors buying out the website or even manipulating websites with viruses.

Broadway Caf Strategy Broadway Cafe would benefit the most from using effectiveness metrics. Being a website that is primarily used for getting our name out to the public, giving out special deals or offers, etc. Efficiency metrics are more geared towards transactional websites, hence the "efficiency". By using effectiveness metrics, we can get more customer feedback and see how satisfied people are with Cafe. They can track the number of hits and the amount of time viewers spend on our site. Also, by having a Facebook page, they have double exposure and the ability to see the effects from advertising and marketing (The Broadway Caf home page).

Conclusion By using e-business to enhance its distinctive positioning, operational efficiency, and competitiveness, Intel has continued to strengthen its strategic position in the global market. The strategies and success factors discussed here can help managers to develop and integrate ebusiness technology into their overall business (D.D. Phan / Information & Management 40 (2003) Pg 590). The Broadway Caf by integrated IT system helps dramatic increase in customer base, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The system will also add benefit to the owners as it will allow to run business smoother and more efficiently. This will allow business to remain competitive and strong well into the future.
