Availability of Equipment For our pilot, we need a video camera, a stills camera, tripod, lights, audio, a memory card and some editing software. Most of which will be booked from college on the same day as we are

booking the art room to film. However, the stills camera and memory card will be brought in by us. We also need to use some props, self-brought or borrowed from the college for our set so will need to look into this more over coming weeks. Availability of Personnel As all of the filming, photographing ad editing will be done by us as a group, we are the main personnel needed for our advertiser other than actors. We have checked actors schedule and have come to the conclusion that Friday, and Monday would be a good time to film, if at all possible. Timescales for clearances We need to book the art room in order to get clearance to film within it, but will be creating a release form for actors to sign upon arriving at college on the day of filming. Locations We plan to do a recce to look for open areas where characters can interact within the pilot. Possibly outside, or in open areas or corridors of college as well as to find a room for our bedroom set to be based in. For the most part, we plan to shoot in the art studio and create bedrooms for each of the main characters showing their personality.
