AN INTRODUCTION

Promoted individually, today ALMA enjoys patronage from individuals of repute with accomplished success in their respective spheres. We've gradually grown from being an individual academic venture to a conglomeration of societies, trusts and companies. Our strength lies in self sustenance without any aid, grant, charity or donation. On the contrary ALMA extends these all and undertakes social work in natural calamity through its own resources. ALMA nourishes human values and dignity and stresses upon participative approach. We believe that all those concerned with a decision should have a voice in its making and all those deserve and desire should access it without any financial constraint. ALMA School Project in different schools has benefited approximately 200,000 students by disseminating computer literacy. As a principle students with more than 40% disability are offered free computer education & training and approximately 50,000 disabled students have gained employability through this. We also provide free computer education to orphans and destitute. Our methods, approach and quality of computer and IT education has earned acknowledgement and recognition of the industry. By mobilizing our own resources we've managed an imposing presence with over 1050 centres across the country. Our presence is not restricted to India; we've also expanded our wings in 11 countries across the globe.
