Situation
Cinco Mexican Cantina opened in Cumming,
Georgia as an anchor restaurant to a new urban
village. They needed a year-long marketing plan
to influence shoppers to experience Mexican
food with an attitude and ultimately drive sales.
Solution
We built brand awareness with eye-catching
advertisements and generated traffic and sales
using cost effective sales promotions. The brand
loyalty and consumer experience were created
with the development and launch of an annual
Cinco de Mayo outdoor food and entertainment
festival.
Results
Monthly direct response bounce-back offers
yielded above average returns and multiple
sponsorships were developed to help underwrite
the Cinco de Mayo festival saving thousands
them thousands of dollars.

Situation
Verizon Wireless wanted to develop an affinity with
motor sports fans and drive product and service
sales.
Solution
We created a multi-year strategic alliance with
Road Atlanta and Panoz Racing School that offered
direct access to event ticket holders through email
and direct mail campaigns, one-to-one
communication with a brand experience for motor
sports fans, and a sales promotion at retail
locations.
Results
Verizon Wireless built a strong affinity with motor
sports fans at Road Atlanta and Panoz Racing
School and is now the number one provider of
telecommunication services to Road Atlanta fans.

Situation
Hedgewood Commercial Properties, creators of urban
villages Vickery Village and Woodstock Downtown,
needed to lease retail space, communicate to
consumers about the new shopping destinations, and
help build healthy retailers and restaurateurs.
Solution
We created unique leasing and consumer marketing
plans that included print and digital advertising, public
relations, environmental signs, and special events.
We also developed merchant relations programs to
offer one-on-one retail coaching and provided a
marketing tool kit to empower retailers to create their
own on-going marketing plans.
Results
One property is now 95% leased and retail sales
continue to increase each month. The second

Situation
Legacy Property Group, developer of Atlanta’s
newest Downtown entertainment and shopping
destination, Luckie Marietta District, needed a
marketing plan to reach and lease space to retailers
and restaurateurs.
Solution
We designed a marketing plan integrated with
compelling direct mail, website, environmental signs,
and public relations. The captivating message
promoted the 14 million visitors and that the property
was anchored by Atlanta’s best visitor destinations.
Results
The property is now almost fully leased and attracted
many significant first time leases to Downtown Atlanta
including Legal Sea Foods and Peasant Bistro. The
leasing team received compliments on the clever
direct mail series that grabbed the attention of
retailers.

New South Properties who develops, leases, and
manages retail, office, and industrial properties
needed to build a consistent and more dynamic

Solution
We developed the brand strategy and created the
advertising including a new website, property leasing
flyers, and e-communications.

Situation
Collegiate Holdings had just broken ground for a new
Downtown Atlanta student housing project. They
needed a marketing plan that included development
of the brand and the strategy to lease the property
while it was under construction.
Solution
We provided extensive market research that guided
the development of the brand and the sales strategies
to lease the property. A multi-media campaign of
print, digital, and mobile media, plus college
sponsorships, sales promotion, and public relations
were implemented to drive leasing activity. We also
helped in developing an off property sales center to
generate leases prior to the property opening.
Results
A powerful brand was developed and MetroPointe
Lofts was 60% leased prior to completing
construction and maintains a 90% lease status.

Situation
Bodilsen, one of the largest international furniture
manufacturers, wanted to expand their operations
to big box retailers in the United States and
Canada. They needed a marketing plan to
influence retail merchandising departments that
they were the best furniture manufacturer to design,
build, and distribute customized furniture solutions.
Solution
We developed multiple marketing presentations for
each retailer’s line review and provided all product
packaging, point-of-sale collateral, and sales
promotions and advertising to promote the furniture
collections.
Results
The Bodilsen brand was launched in Lowe’s and
Menards in the United States plus in Sears Canada.

Situation
Skirt Magazine planned to launch their magazine
in Atlanta and wanted to spread the word and
distribute as many magazines as possible to
introduce the new publication to Atlanta women.
Solution
Major shopping destinations throughout Atlanta
were selected as the best way to communicate
with women and to distribute magazines.
Fashionable models garbed in colorful skirts rolled
clever racks with Skirt magazines attached.
Results
Over 25,000 Skirt magazines were sampled during
a two day event at five shopping malls and
districts.

Situation
Nature’s Own Bread planned to launch their product
in three new markets and wanted a non-traditional
approach to create buzz on the street and influence
consumers to buy their product.
Solution
The mall was selected as the medium to create a
brand experience and distribute loafs of bread with a
bounce-back offer. Eye-catching advertising included
promotion on mall posters, flyers, tent cards, and
direct mail.
Results
Over 13,000 loafs of bread were distributed and
sampled in three days at three regional malls in
launch markets. The local bakeries were thrilled with
the results!
