Company(6): - Hanil Era Textiles, Mumbai, India (02/02/9701/01/98) Position held: Shift In charge Nature of job: - Operation and Maintenance of Power plant (PLC controlled) of M/s Hanil Era Textiles-Vanivalli-Mumbai having a capacity of 14.5MW.The plant produced the power for the whole. 1. To maintain the operation of the power plant. 2. To locate the fault in a particular auxiliary system and to rectify it quickly after consulting with the supervisor.

3. Make the specific load distribution for the various utlities concerned in the textile mill so as to utilize the electricity more economically. 4. Supervising the synchronization of the Alternator. 5. Maintain the routine check of the various auxiliaries, fault finding, and carry out the trouble shooting of the various auxiliary equipments' panels. 6. Repairing, replacing the specific devices required and to make requisition approved by the supervisor. 7.
