Kidzonnet is a monitoring system to monitor the learning, growth and development activities of a child in the early stages of growth. It has been suggested that monitoring a child has the potential to analyse the kids future educational aim and personality traits. It indicates that individual monitoring is both feasible and extremely useful between the ages of 2-10 years. Kids monitoring System closes the GAP between parents and the Montessori and Preschool. Primary services are as below:

It serves the purpose of unifying all aspects of the childs growth and digitising the same. Also to ensure that in todays scenario with both parents, in all probability employed and would not have the opportunity to participate in all of the childs activities but would still like to keep updated on their siblings growth and activity details. Kidzonnet constantly monitors childrens growth and activities and ensures the same is made available to the parents and institutions at the click of a button. To promote the portal to educational institutions as a de facto standard for information on their students at the click of a button to all parents. This service can be used as a value add to the institution while enrolling children and also sell this to the parents by proposing a virtual mentor. We need to have people talking about us like this............. People at other schools are talking. Principals are calling... parents are spreading the word. You have an amazing product Our Plan is to make Kidzonnet an invaluable asset for parents who want to be involved in their childs growth and education.

Market Analysis The Online Educational Portal concept is a relatively new concept in the Indian educational system. Although there is technical expertise available the growth and usage of internet based system is relatively low. Presently there are just a few pre schools or Play homes that are currently using such a system. As this idea of schools and parents being able to track their childrens progress online is not a very popular system. Extensive work is required in creating awareness of such a system and highlighting its benefits. Our target market should be the B and C level schools which are a huge market by itself. These schools which should be targeted have children whose parents are in all probability working and having double income. Such institutions need to have a very focussed marketing plan. A generic plan would not work. Also our research tells us that the marketing plan needs to be an integrated one with the scope of overall coverage of all aspects concerning a B and C level school. All communication should be directed towards the key stakeholders of the institution.

Strengths: 1) The e portal system allows parent track their childrens progress and performance in pre schools and also allows them to view photos of their childrens activities. 2) The System allows parents and teachers to interact with each other without actually being face to face. 3) The system helps schools to update parents on upcoming events and activities allowing them to be present for such activities. 4) The system allows parents to explore growth and development of their children 5) The system assists parents to track pre schools to Montessoris to schools that are most suitable for them 6) The system allows parents to track their childrens health records as all of it is maintained on the system 7) Such a system is not maintained by many pre schools and play homes allowing us to be their source for all activities. 8) The system allows parents to store their childrens memories for a life time including their pre school and Nursery experiences. Weakness: 1) Not many pre schools realise the importance of such a system and are not keen on investing in such a system, hence education is a must, rather than a sell 2) The system is new and will take time gain acceptance amongst schools and parents. 3) The limitation of the content that you could provide is a challenge. 4) The costs involved for the schools to have this system would be a challenge Opportunities: 1) There is an opportunity for Kidzonnet to capitalise on the fact that you are just one of the few companies offering such a service 2) The fact that this is a new concept offers great business opportunity and future growth and sustainability for Kidzonnet. 3) The market being open to technology and being savvy provides an excellent opportunity for the future. 4) The ability to offer customised solutions to different clients provides Kidzonnet with an excellent opportunity to make a mark in the market.
