Its all in the earthy and sometimes brutal book of Judges. What message should we take from it? What was God doing during this wayward period between Joshua and the kings? Our new sermon series, Judges: Gods Rescue Through Unlikely Heroes, starts Sunday, March 4! Monthly Prayer Meeting Today Please join us for our monthly prayer meeting in the Art Room! The Cedar session invites you to a sweet time of ardent prayer for the enjoyment and blessing of all who attend. WJQ 99.3 FM in Zeeland will be broadcasting live from Guatemala Monday 2/27 through Friday 3/2 from 3pm to 7pm, where Deacon Duane Saxton is serving in the mission field. DJ Troy West is lead for 16 people serving with Paradise Bound (out of Hamilton), and will record his show in Guatemala, then send it by satellite to be broadcast from Zeeland. He will interview workers as we build 3 small houses in one village and pass out medications and Bibles in two other villages. Thank you for your prayers that the Lord blesses the people we meet through Paradise Bound.

The Philadelphia Conference on Reformed Theology will be holding its annual conference in Grand Rapids on March 23-25, 2012 at First Byron Center CRC. This year's topic is "The Gospel: Who, What, Where, When?" The speaker's are Ligon Duncan, Sinclair Ferguson, Robert Godfrey, and Harry Reeder. More information to come. Questions? Mike Yankowski, author of Under the Overpass is returning to West Michigan at Holy Redeemer Parish in Jenison, on Thursday, March 22nd at 7:00 PM. He tells his story of how he and his friend Sam, lived on the streets in six different American cities for five months so they could better understand the plight of the homeless. If you need any assistance, please ask one of our greeters for help. SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE Cedar Church strives to enjoy God through Spirit-empowered and Christ-centered worship. The Bible is sincerely loved, and we hope that you will find it opened up to you in a fresh and faithful manner each Sunday. A NURSERY is available near the entrance of the gymnasium, but children are always welcome in the worship service. COFFEE BREAK After the morning worship, please join us in the foyer for coffee and refreshments. KIDS BREAK After morning worship, all kids (pre-school thru 6th grade) are invited to remain in the gymnasium for snacks and fun songs with Mr. & Mrs. Himebook. SUNDAY SCHOOL - From 11 AM-12 PM, Cedar Church offers classes for all ages. Visitors are especially welcome to join us!
