Balance Of Plant BOP.

The control system consists of three primary components: The controllers: controllers (UCCA, PS, FAN Try, and Blank Face Plate) + UDH, the OS of the controller is QNX Neutrino, a real time, multitasking OS. All I/O Networks components are connected to each controller for redundancy of input data, for guarantee no Lose of input Signal in case of shutdown one controller for maintaining or repairing, the controller are designed as R, S (Dual Sys), and T (Single Sys) in TMR systems, each controller owns one IONet, There are: Controller R sends output signals through R IONET, Outputs/Inputs to/From Modules. Controller S sends output signals through S IONET, Controller T sends output signals through T IONET, How it operates: Controller receives the inputs from O/I modules, optionally votes the TMR TMR Triple Module Redundancy computes and sends the outputs to the I/O Modules, and finishing by sending data between controllers for synchronization we call this operation Frame. Communication: Controllers Ethernet UDH Ethernet IHM Controllers Ethernet R, S, T IONet. RS232C port COM1 for setup. Te Ethernet is Special private just for communicate between I/O Modules, and Controllers. I/O Networks: I/O Net: they are 100 Full duplex preventing collusions can occur on non-switched Ethernet networks, protocol used is UDP/IP not TCP/IP, each network RED, BLACK, BLUE is independent IP subnet, the switches can also buffering DATA, the standard IEEE1588 is used for synchronizing Frame and Time to provide high level of traffic flow control on the network. I/O Modules: TB they contain three basic parts Terminal Board Terminal Block I/O Pack Both Simplex/TMR Terminal Board provide the following features: I/O

Terminal block for I/O wiring, Mounting Hardware, Input Isolation and Protection, I/O Pack connectors, and Unique electronic ID.
