NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed item rate quotations are invited by Asstt.Gen.Manager (Finance), AAI, Civil Aerodrome, Indore-452005 on behalf of Chairman, A.A.I from specialized agencies executing the similar nature of work for the work Data processing job for Finance & Accounts Section at Indore Airport at the estimated cost of Rs. 91548/- only. The Quotation form will be issued from 20.02.2012 to 27.02.2012 on all working days in office hours and will be received till dated 28.02.2012 up to 1500hrs. and shall be opened on same day at 1530 hrs. AAI shall not be responsible for delay/loss of documents. Quotation forms will be issued to those contractors who produce certificate from clients of having satisfactorily completed (Phase/Part completion of the scope of work in a contract shall not be considered) at least three works, each 36619/- or two works, each of 45774/- or one work of 73238/- of the estimated cost of similar nature of work during last three years ending on 31.01.12 (firms showing work experience certificate from Non Government/Non PSU organizations should submit tax Deduction at Source certificate in support of their claim for having experience of stipulated value of works), and produce proof of annualized average turn over of 30% of the estimated cost during last three year ending 31.03.11 Application for issue of quotation documents shall be supported with self attested copies of valid registration, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and client certificate for experience. AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons. The above quotation notice is also available on AAI websitewww.airportsindia.org.in./www.aai.aero.

-5Terms and conditions of contract:

1) The subject contract will be a job contract for data entry/ related works of finance section of Indore Airport. 2) The job contract shall be for eight hours job per day either in general/shift duty. 3) Agency has to provide services through out the period of contract i.e. for one year which will be further extendable to another one year on the same rates and same terms and conditions of the contract if the performance is found satisfactory & if required by AAI. 4) Agency has to submit monthly bill for the data entry job to Asstt.Gen. Manager (Finance) Indore Airport on completion of month. 5) If agency fail to provide required services of data entry/ related job, a penalty @ of Rs. 300/- per day shall be levied for the period for which services are not provided. 6) If agency fail to provide satisfactory services on all days of contract period including extended period, a penalty @ of Rs. 150/- per day shall be levied for the period for which services are unsatisfactory. 7) Monthly bills shall be paid to the agency after deduction of applicable statutory deductions and security deposit @ 10% of bill amount. This Security Deposit will be released after satisfactory completion of job contract. 8) A continuous arrangement shall be ensured by the agency to provide satisfactory services. 9) Data entry/ related services shall be required to be performed in Hindi as well as in English language.
