Welcome Fans, The Richmond Flying Squirrels Catering Staff welcome you to the luxury suites at The Diamond. We look forward to providing you and your guests with an outstanding experience during your time here with us. We are committed to the highest standards of quality and service during your visit with us. Our staff is dedicated to providing the finest food services and amenities for you and your guests. Our suite menu offers a number of delicious options, including wings, pulled pork barbeque sandwiches, hot and cold platters, plus all of our great ballpark fare and complete beverage service. Elyse Holben, your personal representative, is available to assist you with your food and beverage selections if you have any questions or special requests. Normal business hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Suite Information

Scroll to the bottom and click here to access the ordering system and complete your order To make your suite visit as effortless as possible, we ask that all food and beverage selections (this includes special requests) be placed by 2:00pm, three business days prior to each event. This will ensure that you and your guests receive the highest in food presentation and quality. All orders and changes placed after the deadline will be unable to include seafood options due to availability and preparation. Your suite attendant upon your arrival will accept all orders after the cut off. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE DIAMOND PER EASTERN LEAGUE RULES. NO FOOD AND/ OR BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE SUITE AND BALLPARK AFTER EVENT IS OVER.
Cancellation
In the event you must cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the food and beverage order. In the event of a rainout, there will be no need for the cancellation notice. However, if there are guests in the suite consuming food or beverage and the game is cancelled due to rain, the entire order will be charged to the final bill.
In order to provide you and your guests with the finest service, we will deliver your advance order an hour prior to game time. Food will be ready to serve once gates open. Our service staff will assist with final touches and preparation. While in your suite, a suite attendant will be assigned to service you throughout the event. Services include set up and cleanliness of your suite, greeting guests, delivering food and beverage products, and personal attention to you and your guests. We kindly ask for advance orders 72 hours prior to game day.
If you were unable to place an advance order, we welcome you to order from our limited game day menu when you arrive. Simply contact your suite attendant to place your order. Due to availability and preparation, seafood and other specific items available for preorder are unable to be purchased the day of the game. An asterisk (*) next to a food item denotes an item that can be ordered and served game day. All other menu items must be ordered 72 hours prior. Game day orders will be not be ready to be served immediately, but we will make sure that you and your guests receive your order in a timely fashion.
Payment
Payment options for all food and beverage orders include: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, or Cash. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the card number and expiration date will be required at the time of the order. If you choose to provide a different method of payment upon arrival at the game, please notify your suite server. State and local taxes (11%) and a 15% supplemental catering fee (which includes 5% for gratuity) will be added to all food and beverage costs. No charges will be incurred until the conclusion of the event; at that time full payment is required unless other arrangements were made. If you feel exceptional service was delivered, please tip accordingly. Only your signature will be accepted for credit card orders finalized the night of the game.
Alcoholic Beverages
We all win when we remember to drink responsibly! It is the responsibility of the suite holder or his/her representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the suite. State Ordinance prohibits alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving the facility grounds. Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages at any time. If you are leaving your suite please place beverages in a plastic cup which have been provided in your suite. Drinks can be purchased ahead of time or at the game. You will be charged for all drinks that you purchase.
