Natural Options, LLC, Store Associate July 2010 present - Assisted clients, scheduled appointments, answered the phone, and made confirmation calls. - Marketed the store through social media like Facebook; wrote, designed and coordinated the monthly store newsletters; designed displays for the front windows and the store interior. Sigma Delta Phi Sorority, Rush Chair September 2010-present - Overhauled our failing rush process by creating new exciting events to attract freshman and planning them by coordinating with administration, delegating tasks to other sorority women, and overseeing their execution. - Oversaw the formal rush process and ensured all interested freshman women interacted with sorority members on a regular basis. - Provided inspiration and motivation for sorority women to contribute their best to rush efforts.
