The Local Government Unit of Tolosa, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors, contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the herein project. The Eligibility Check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. Post-Qualification of the lowest calculated bids shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act (GPRA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations A (IRR A) and other criteria set by the Local Government Unit of Tolosa, Leyte. Eligibility forms and bidding documents shall be available for issuance at the Office of the BAC Chairman, Mr. Cecilio C. Marilla at the date stated above, during office hours, and upon payment of non-refundable amount of P 1,000.00 (One Thousand Five Pesos). Pre Bid conference and Opening of Sealed Bids will be at the Briefing Room, Municipal Mayors Office, Tolosa, Leyte, in the presence of the attending bidders. No bid proposal shall be accepted after the deadline. The BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. The LGU Tolosa assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
