Introducing: Ross Bennett, CMB SVP of Production for Hamilton Group Funding
Ross is SVP-Production for Hamilton Group Funding. He recruits and manages a team that is responsible for Retail Loan Production in 12 states and growing. He served as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida from 2002-2003, receiving the Brown L Whatley Award from the MBA of Florida in 2004, and the Presidents Award in 2002. He was also the recipient of the Jack Alexander Memorial Award from the MBA of Central Florida. Ross currently serves on the SE Regional Secondary Conference Committee and the MBAF CMB Society. He received his Master Certified Mortgage Banker (MCMB) designation in 1992. He was named the Willis Bryant Scholar Award Recipient at the MBA School of Mortgage Banking, Northwestern University. Ross is on the faculty of the MBAs CampusMBA, and frequently lectures at the School of Mortgage Banking. Ross is a single engine and multi-engine instrument-rated pilot, and also is licensed to fly gliders. He is a volunteer pilot and flies a Beechcraft Bonanza for Angel Flight Southeast, a five-state 501(c)3 charity that flies medically and financially disadvantaged families to remote medical treatment at no cost.

MBACF is giving back to our community by supporting the Safe House of Seminole County which is a non-profit organization dedicated to seeing an end to the cycle of domestic violence. They provide a coordinated response to prevent the epidemic of domestic violence. This response includes the provision of an emergency shelter, counseling services, a 24-hour crisis hotline, court advocacy and outreach programs. Safe House Wish List: school supplies (backpacks, paper, pencils, spiral notebooks, binders, crayons, markers, etc), single child strollers, gas & gift cards, bathroom rugs, paper products (paper towels, toilet tissue, kleenex, etc), trash bags, hair brushes, deodorant, razors, feminine products, diapers, child sippy cups, Starting Over Kits (on website) .
