Gone are those days when people had the time to go to market, select the fresh green vegetables they need for the week. To facilitate the busy schedule on a day to day basis, door to door delivery mechanism will be employed to cater to the growing needs of the busily engaged people in our locality. XXX will be established to have Fresh Greeny Vegetables at your doorsteps With Affordable Price, WithOut any Strain on transport and WithOut any Lapse in time. Before taking a leap into this business, It becomes XXXs primary responsibility that we know the clients lifestyle, the vegetables they prefer, the quantity they need,the price they feel economical and at the same time, meeting quality expectations. A survey will be conducted on a regular basis for 2-3 weeks so as to know about the clients needs. XXX will come to terms with a standard renowned supplier from the wholesale market so as to meet out the clients needs/XXXs Delivery expectations. A Brochure will be prepared listing out the prices/availability of the vegetables with a marginal increase in pricing so that it still sounds viable to the clients. This Brochure will be distributed to our potential customers so as to comment on price/availability. Feedback received will be worked upon and final pamphlet will be made available and distributed as Fresh Veggie list to our customers. Delivery mechanism will be devised with the help of a truck and a team of 5 to 7 to meet out a single locality on an experimental basis. To meet out with the timing constraints, Fresh Produce will be fetched from the supplier early morning and as per our customer needs and with the relevant quantity, will be made available for every customer. Every customer will be delivered with this package and their expectations/Feedback/Next day list will be collected. Proper bookkeeping will be maintained and on a monthly basis, the bills will be sent through E-Mail and can be paid online to go along with the motto of Go-Green. Even bulk orders can be placed with the list beforehand by 2 or 3 days. XXX also plans to extend this business to all near by localities in this metropolitan gaining our customers trust.

CURRENT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT


In the initial phase, We devised out a plan to hire a Truck on a rental basis, Strike out a deal with the wholesale dealer in the Vegetable Market and explore the customer base in a particular locality. We managed to achieve the same with our minimum investment shared by the proprietors. Now, as Phase 1, We have implemented the above plan in actual practice and managed to sell our Vegetable Produce in few houses in our locality.

ROLE OF KEY INDIVIDUALS


Mr. R.Harish, The finance manager is an engineering graduate ,posseses good knowledge in finance accounting, planning etc. He has the experience of Handling Finance committee of our College Symposium. Mr.V.Ganesh, The marketing manager is an engineering graduate ,posseses good knowledge in Leadership, communication and decision making and has the experience of handling his fathers business. Mr.Madhusudhan, The R&D manager is an engineering graduate ,posseses good knowledge in technology,he is creative and innovative. Mr. T.Saran Raj and Mr. R.Sakthi Subramanian are part of the Customer Service Executive team whose job is to maintain cordial relations with the customer and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our service there by sharing a great rapport with each other.
