I will try to present what I have learned at a high level so that you may start your journey of awakening to the truthPEACE BE with YOU.

ASCENSION
WHAT IS ASCENSION?
It is the same process that Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Moses, Abraham and many others who have walked this planet have experienced. It occurs when the individual integrates their physical body with spiritual (soul) and astral bodies which allows for full consciousness. Full Consciousness is a state of unlimited reality in which physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are fully integrated. It allows for full use of currently untapped mental and spiritual capabilities. This includes having a Light body and a full range of psychic abilities including telepathy, clairvoyance and telekinesis. It also includes the ability to instantly manifest what is physically desired and have full rapport with God, spiritual and other higher dimensions. Light Body Our current body is made up of Carbon 12 (6 protons, 6 electrons and 6 neutrons) and will be converted to Carbon 7 (6 protons, 6 electrons and 1 neutron)
ASCENSION AND OUR DNA

Thanks to some rogue scientists during the time of Atlantis some 13,000 years ago, our DNA was altered to prevent us from being fully conscious. We are the offspring of these individuals and are experiencing limited consciousness. Fully conscious individuals have 12 strand DNA while limited conscious ones have only 2 which is what we currently have. Additionally, this alteration caused us to go from 13 chakras down to only 7. Current Chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown New Chakras: Diaphragm, Thymus, Pituitary, Pineal, Galactic Female and Galactic Male Chakras are our major energy centers that allow our physical body to integrate with our spiritual body and function properly.
HOW IS ASCENSION OCCURRING?

Our local Spiritual Hierarchy is doing the following to help us Ascend: Raising the frequencies of our physical, emotional and mental bodies Purging and cleansing toxicity/negativity from all our bodies Resetting of the brains circuitry and neurological system We are going through this process in conjunction with Mother Earth as she is an advanced soul who is ascending as well. How is the Spiritual Hierarchy doing this? They are using the Sun to send us Christed Light energy with encodings to awaken us, clear us and alter our DNA. Potential ascension symptoms you may be experiencing: Frequent unexplained aches/pains, sudden fevers, bronchial/flu-like symptoms, randomly pounding heart and intense headaches Severe fatigue, out-of-nowhere illnesses, sight/hearing issues Spiritual Hierarchy consists of the following (See definitions for more info on these groups): Angelic Realm, Devic Kingdom, Ascended Masters, Orders of Elohim, Divine Councils of Time Lord
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP MAKE MY ASCENSION PROCESS GO SMOOTHLY?

Yes, there are many different things you can do. Here are just a few of the more important ones: Make a forgiveness list and forgive yourself and anyone who has ever wronged you or your family in this lifetime. Make a gratitude list and in doing so, express your appreciation for anyone and anything in your life. This includes any challenges you may be currently facing. Each time you encounter stress or negativity, align your thoughts and feelings with unconditional Love. Stay positive, focused and grounded. Eat clean & healthy foods. Raw uncooked, organic nuts, fruits & vegetables are the most beneficial. Fresh seafood and grass-fed / free range meat if not vegetarian. (Also see list of super foods and foods to avoid at end of presentation) Spend time daily in nature to connect with the peace and perfection of the earth, plants, trees, flowers, animals and the sky. Meditate and practice yoga, tai chi, qi gong or other forms of movement that align mind, body and spirit.
WILL EVERYONE ASCEND?

The real answer is that it depends. We all have Free Will Choice which is a Universal Law. Each individual can choose to Ascend with Mother Earth or not. If you choose NOT to Ascend, God understands and accepts your right to continue learning your karmic lessons in 3-D. Those that choose NOT to Ascend will be taken to another 3-D environment in another solar system very similar to Earth and be allowed to continue their karmic learning process.
WHAT WILL LIFE BE LIKE AFTER ASCENSION?

John Lennons song Imagine pretty much sums it up: No Heaven or hell we will all be living in a Heavenly Garden of Eden No countries or borders No religion God is an aspect of all of our current religions No wars, possessions, hunger or greed All of earth will be shared. We will have abundance, technology and abilities to manifest whatever we desire A World that will live as One Imagine a world where everyone has everything they will ever need. Unlimited abundance is how God intended life to be experienced. Imagine a government and society that is truly there for the people. Imagine traveling to anywhere on earth in a matter of minutes. Imagine peace, love and acceptance of all no matter what their race, creed or personality. Imagine technology so advanced that it blows away the Jetsons ;-)
WHY ARE WE HERE AND WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW?
WHY ARE WE HERE?

We originally incarnated here to experience duality in 3-D to gain experiences not possible in the higher realms of existence in this and other universes. Earth was at one point in the higher realms (5-D) and truly a Garden of Eden but due to our actions/wishes and with the help of some dark souls, we caused Mother Earth and ourselves to drop into lower 3-D vibrations that we are in now. We have been reincarnating over many thousands of years and lifetimes and during these lives, we have learned many great karmic lessons.
These lessons will be a model for other Ascensions and societies and are intended to be shared with many other star-nations and galaxies.
WHY HAVENT WE ASCENDED YET?

After the fall of Atlantis, the dark souls that survived knew of our limited consciousness condition and wanted to manipulate us to be under their complete control. So for milennia, they have allowed us to barely get by while creating a 1% ruling group of secret societies and not so secret members that have amassed all of the wealth of this beautiful planet and control of its population. The darks goal is to reduce the worlds population to 500 million people and keep those left under their complete control. They have been successfully controlling us for many years and as of late by the total control of the following: Money supply, financial institutions, healthcare/drug/insurance and education, media all forms, food industry (foods that limit consciousness and cause poor health), all forms of national and local government, education, military/intelligence and police

In the months ahead, governmental shake-ups will weed out Illuminati members or those acting under their control, and persons with moral and spiritual integrity will step in. The nascent governments born in Arab spring will become stabilized and tyrannical regimes will fall. Rampant corruption in multinational corporations will meet its well-deserved end; directors who serve the interests of the populace will remain, those who are greedy and selfserving will go. National economies in bankrupt status will not be successfully revived; the global economy will reach rock bottom and an honorable system will start operating worldwide. Wars, violence, deception, oppression and media censorship will cease incrementally as the dark hearts and minds among us leave the planet.

There has been a cover-up of global proportions of the existence of life outside of this solar system. Worldwide, our governments and space agencies have been meeting with friendly visitors from this and other universes for a very long time. They have offered to provide us with technology and resources that would rid us of our need for fossil, oil, gas and nuclear forms of energy. They have offered to help us clean up mother earth and help her on her way back to her original condition. BUT, they have to honor free will and the wishes of the negative elite so they have been unable to visit us en-masse. This visitation has also been prevented by the cabals efforts to hide the Galactics existence and ridicule those that believe in them/UFOs.
FIRST CONTACT
WE HAVE NOTHING TO FEARAND EVERYTHING TO GAIN!
Before we have direct contact with our Galactic Friends and Neighbors, there will be a disclosure process initiated by the new governments that will be in place after the illuminati are removed from places of power. The Galactics are also making their peaceful presence known to us by increasing the amount and duration of their ship siting's in our skies. The Galactic Federation of Light is here to help us with our transformation into Fully Conscious beings of Light. Their goal with First Contact is to bestow upon us the education, training and knowledge needed to create a worldwide society of fully conscious beings who know how to properly use our God given abilities and to be a contributing community in this universe. All of this is according to Gods Divine Plan and Holy Will for Mother Earth!!
INNER EARTH AGHARTHA OR SHAMBALLA

(YES, THE EARTH IS HOLLOW)
Inner Earth or Aghartha is populated by our ancestors from Lemuria. They were the sole survivors after the Atlanteans caused the destruction of their surface home in the Pacific Ocean. Agharthans reside in a network of crystal cities spread throughout inner Earth. These vary in size from roughly 10,000 to 1,000,000 inhabitants, although most range from around 100,000 to 200,000 people. The Agharthans are fully conscious beings who have continuously held the Light for our transformation back into fully conscious Beings of Light. They will be a part of the first members during our First Contact with the Galactics as they have been working closely with them on this contact plan.

IN CONCLUSION

It seems like a daunting task but the sheer numbers of Spiritual and Galactic Beings that are helping us right now gives me a very good feeling about the final outcome. Raw Cacao Beans (highest antioxidant content of anything ever tested) In nature, the primary source of magnesium is cacao beans!
