Find a suitable location to mount the device

Connect the GPS device

The device should be mounted underneath the dash and be concealed. The device is equipped with an internal antenna located on the opposite side of the label. The label must face down to maintain reception. There should not be any metal obstructing the device's view of the sky. Plastic, vinyl, and glass will not affect signal reception.

Review type of harness prior Instalation Connecting the Ground: First, find a good ground on the vehicle chassis. Remove any paint needed to expose bare metal and connect the BLACK wire (The Ground) from the cable to the chassis. Connecting Constant Power: The Main Power for the device is supplied via the RED wire on the power wiring harness. Connect this wire to the appropriate connection point in the vehicle such as the radio or lights. It is important that the main power source for the device be continuously available, i.e. it is not keyed/switched off when the vehicle is not in use. Connecting the Ignition: The WHITE wire is the ignition power supply. The connection point for the ignition sense must be a DIRECT IGNITION SOURCE (not a change of state) that is keyed/switched on with the vehicles ignition is on. MUST BE CONNECTED.

Finalize the installation

For this operation the objective is to interrupt the starter, meaning, once the feature is remotely enabled, the next time the ignition is engaged, the engine will not start. Find and split the starter wire and attach the BLUE and YELLOW wires from the relay to either end of the split starter wire.

To perform initial testing of the device, the vehicle should be outdoors in an open area so you can receive a GPS signal. After powering up the device, observe the LEDs on the front panel of the device. Be sure the LEDs are behaving as described in the table below. Note that it may take up to 10 minutes to acquire an initial GPS signal. The GPS light must remain on for at least 20 minutes. After the unit is installed, you may now refer to the Quick Start Guide on your web account.
