FINANCIAL ANALYST TRG

TRG has partnered with a NASDAQ-listed technology firm (the Client) in the US for which TRG is setting up a virtual business division in Karachi, Pakistan. This virtual business division will consist of specialized positions in Finance, Administration, Technology and Operations that will support senior executives within the Clients sales division (currently over $1.3B in annual sales). The Client provides network neutral data center services to enterprises, content providers, financial services companies, and network service providers. It operates International Business Exchange (IBX) centers, or IBX data centers, across 18 markets in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific where customers directly interconnect with a networked ecosystem of partners and customers. The Client Company was founded in 1998 and is based in California. The Financial Analyst role will be based out of TRGs Karachi offices and will report directly to the Clients senior sales directors.
Qualifications and Skills:

Completed university degree in Finance and 2-5 years of relevant work experience Expert proficiency with Excel Excellent English communication skills Analytical problem solver and independent-minded thinker; can apply theoretical concepts to real business problems (will have to take analytical reasoning test)

Responsibilities:

Build financial models to evaluate the revenue and profitability impact of large-scale enterprise sales deals o Revenue models o Present value calculations o Margin analysis o Sensitivity analysis o Discounted Cash Flow analysis Centralize standard review process for analyzing and assessing sales pipeline and deal flow including developing financial and profitability models Evaluate specific sales deals to optimize profitability Create pricing models and perform costing analysis on specific sales deals Locate necessary data for analyses from various data sources in the organization

Position details:

Working hours: 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time Zone (5pm to 2am Pakistan Time) Location: Lahore only Package is commensurate with qualification and skill set and is adjusted for working hours and fast-paced nature of the job
