Figure: Source of Main Problem This figure above that I show you is my thought during process of finding out the major problem. I tried to map out it briefly in order to make you quickly understand step by step that I studied and particularly how I reasoned to find key problem. About green color words are as my thinking flow. This following is my research question: Research Question: How to improve Learning ability of Engineers and Architects in order to achieve effectiveness of their teamwork?

------------------------------To answer for this question, I first let you know clearly about Leaning and which factors impact to Learning of people in collaboration.

1. / What is Learning? y Learning does not mean that all knowledge gained from the instructor or from training, it is whatever that we accumulate and learn from experience in daily life. y y Learnings result will be better if we learn from others, rather than individual. Learning is not the single process; it includes whole processes shape into it.

2. / Factors effect to Learning ability: In some studies from long time ago to present, researchers and scholars have analyzed many of the factors that influence the learning ability of people. However, each study mentions the different factors, depending on the research scope for affecting human learning ability, such as the age, the environment, period history...

Indeed, there are many factors which affect learning ability of people, from the directly effect to indirectly effect. In fact, not only in the conclusions and results of the research scholars, but also each our self has realized that the most important factor promotes our ability in learning is Individual. If we are people who really like and interested in learning, nothing can make it difficult and hinder us. As any field of research, this is still as the most important and necessary condition for improving human learning.

According to the results of several researches, the collaboration is seen as a vehicle of learning. The partnership facilitates the human learning ability improve and expand. So, I think we may consider it as the sufficient condition. Because of the scope of my research only focus on the elements affect the learning ability of people, to increase the effective team work, so I proposed combining the necessary condition and sufficient condition by putting individual factors in a group, then here I will study and raise up the factors which affect learning, it is based on the interaction between the individual and that collective. Personally I think, if everybody self-improvement all these elements below, he or she will achieve a best result in learning. This following are some factors that I tried brief their basic characteristics and reason why I clarified them as major factors:

Knowledge: All things that people had gained through learning process and training process. Having knowledge is very important, if each member in group is not aware proper knowledge, it is difficult to share, discuss and exchange information between each other. Therefore, everybody will have a small opportunity to learn between them.

Experience: All the most useful things that people obtain by his/herself through learning from others and in practice during periods. If in teamwork, some members are experienced person, then the rest of members can get many opportunities from them, it will make effectiveness in dealing works and more quickly as well.

Attitude: All the internal thoughts and they are expressed by his/her action and face. Each member is always willing to co-operate and he/she is also a good listener, it will increase in his/her partners mind a good feeling about his/her. Of course they will enthusiasm helping and sharing everything that better for two sides.

Aptitude: His/her natural ability/ talent can be absorbed attention from others around. In a group, if there have any person who has his/her own talent, we can see the way he/she works. It might be faster and more flexible than others, certainly with his/her enthusiasm and ability. I think it is also one of factors inspire the rest of people to great efforts and learning more and more from his/her ability.

Motivation: All the proper motivation and goals which effect directly to his/ her for a long time. In the other word, it is like the question: why does he/she do that thing?. If a person has his/her own motivation individual, learning will be automatically come to him/her.

Behavior: All his/her actions before others through the way his/her display his/herself. If actions and behavior manner of his/her are clever and professional, sure that it will be absorbed attention from others and contrasts. People around will immediately compare to theirs in thoughts in their mind. This is one of factors has influence quickly to learning of people.

Topic: The subject or content of work that he / she is directly involved, that is also as one important factor likely to attract the attention of people if it really suits with something that he/she cares much.

About these factors above, I think they have directly affected the human learning ability. Here, I state a questionnaire in which I listed the issues around these factors, the aim to

investigate whether how these factors were presented in each person, and especially when putting each individual in the environmental teamwork. The questionnaire will be sent out for comments from groups members, they are architects and engineers. Feedback will be collected and discussed. By this work, I sure that we will discover what is the biggest problem affecting the ability of group learning and each team members. Then making the strategic and best method of recovery, improve efficiency of work groups as well.

Tasks and assigned jobs give them an opportunity for improving and developing their ability more and more which is necessary and good for their future work. 5. Topic relates to something that he/she wants to improve and gain knowledge. 3. Member is aware about topic before. 7 Topic 4. Topic is high applicable in practice. 5. Topic is relevant to urgent problems in present and it must be studied and applied as soon as possible.

Above questions will be assessed by score 1 to 5, means that 1 score is lowest and 5 score is highest. After collection comments and ideas from Engineer and Architect groups, I will analysis the result base on two main aspects, namely: y Firstly, assessment through total scores of each group (included 7 factors). Because I divide total score into three intervals, such as: (0- 70), (70- 105), (105- 175), then I will compare base on these score interval and give the specific comments for situation of group.

Secondly, assessment through total scores for each factor in order to consider which factor gains higher score, which factor gains lower score, then make exact conclusion for each factors.

After finishing those two steps, I will combine all results for assessment process and buildup the specific strategy for improving effectiveness in teamwork.
