1995-2001 ATARI NORTH AMERICA (purchased Accolade 2000) San Jose, CA A $120M revenue, profitable, US Division of an $800M revenue, public French software company. Chief Operating Officer, 2000-2001 - After acquisition of Accolade by Atari, promoted to COO of the combined operations of Accolade and US operations of Atari. Managed a rapid and smooth merger of the two companies while meeting all quarterly sales and profit targets. Tripled company output versus prior year by code releasing and shipping 40 skus on five platforms for $60M of revenue. Company achieved eight consecutive profitable quarters and was awarded Turnaround Company of the Year in 1988 by Computer Currents.
