Quality Control
This has had a very minor effect on our workflow. My background artist had been working in larger than average resolutions, to ensure they are only scaled down if need be, therefore no loss in quality.
Me as the main animator, I had been working in a resolution size that was smaller than the quality standard. However, I used drawing tools in Photoshop (pencil tool) starting very pixelated (making base colouring lightning fast), which actually becomes smoother upon resizing.
Employability improvement
To improve my opportunities I should create a personalized site with more abilities (Though I currently have a free online portfolio giving good examples) Join more online communities and showcase more work
Personal profile
Im an enthusiastic artist that loves to create characters and key motifs. Humour plays a big part of social society; looking on the Brightside and laughter being the best medicine. I am a team player and leader. An ENTJ, I like to have things in a linear order with the priorities in the right places. I thrive on good critique within a good atmosphere. As an all round creator it helps me constantly broaden my areas of interest and potential. As work or recreation I am developing my skills in character design,
voice acting, storyboarding, composing, and animation, hoping to produce my own original work in future.

Project Brief The aim of this project is to allow us to consolidate our practical and professional skills by applying them to the challenges of realizing a major collaborative animated project(s). In doing so, we will develop a portfolio of animation production work which will demonstrate the application of our skills for future employment. We are encouraged to specialize in a particular area of the animation pipeline (i.e. artistic direction, technical direction and animation direction) according to our career ambitions. Our group are creating a 2D animated film, with an original story about a smaller than average German Shepherd guard dog. He is the best companion of the laid-back security guard, and after too much relaxing and lazing around he needs to desperately pee and we follow him on his urgent journey to find a decent place to urinate. By the end of the unit, we will have realized a portfolio or showreel demonstrating the integration and consolidation of our learning on this course and evidencing the advanced development of our skills. I had been using what is called Traffic Lighting, to highlight the ranking of difficulty within the project. I had also used these colours, to identify progress. Ironically, I hadnt known this method had a
