if everything is seeming fishy, that is, because it is. if the government computers censor Wikileaks related emails from the Prosecutions, and Bradley Mannning's Lawyer gets no Evidence in a Stone Age Discovery Process and some prosecutors get to court looking like dinosaurs with a martini and claim a Spam Filter Defense: at what point is Cyber-Illiteracy an unacceptable standpoint for the soon to be retired USGVTCyberWar Dinosaurs as they duke it out with the Cyborgs. it would only be funny, if people weren't being arrested, tortured, and evidence were not being destroyed in malicious delay strategies that can easily be called OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE. the time delay factor, in holding Bradley Manning hostage for an Incompetent Prosecution, holds similitude to the erroneous delay strategies in which the UK Monkey Courts and the Swedish Monkey Courts are working in collusion with the United States of Pepper Spray and Torture, probably under some threat of IMF and World Bank embargo and nuclear war, much like the infamous fake spectrial afflicting the Pirate Bay. threat of assassination. at which point these back room negotiations impel clare montgomery et al, to crucify Julian Assange, and they haven't been Leaked to Wikileaks yet. now i'm wondering which side of the Pentagon loves Wikileaks as much as I do. there are literally 100s of PJ Crowleys squirming in their seats, in the suck-up to Big Brother game. they know Bradley Manning has been tortured in contradiction to the Uniform Code of Military Justice which demands reporting War Crimes. they know Bradley Manning has been tortured in defiance of International Law and US Federal Whistleblower Protection law. they know this.

leaves are turning. when the tipping point yields a new Open Society, the Obama Reign of Terror on Truth and Information will collapse like a house of counterfeit cards. Whistleblowers will not be Tortured. University kids will not be Pepper Sprayed. Prosecutors will not inflict Excruciating threat of 150+ day delays due to their Incompetence with Electronic Communications. Technology Literacy will be Mandatory for Government Officials. something this sloppy will not slip and slide like a greased pig through the Monkey Courts of the future. I don't know what he did or if he did a thing. If there is No Proof, and the Prosecution is Withholding Evidence of Torture, and Bradley Manning is Incarcerated at Great Length in Defiance of his right to a Speedy Trial for a NonCrime which is an Actual Responsibility before International Law and before God: the exposure of brutal BABYKILLERS. this must be considered a Mis-Trial.
