To explain a mean , desire, statement, news, event, actions and other, in writing or verbal to be understood cleary and correctly. When an event that happens, in English then we must form of time the right and true. Tenses is a description or explaination as to when a statement, events, news, statement, happened in the sentence : now, past, the future. Or changes the verb corresponding to the time of occurrence of an event and change the caption. Tenses in English is TIME, in grammar. When people talk about tenses, would mean talking about difference or form a sentence with the timing of event described by sentences. In English, TENSES (TIME) can be grouped into 4 : A. A. PRESENT TENSE I. Simple Present Tense That was done over again and has to be daily activity Formula : SUBJECT SUBJECT + + TO BE (AM, IS, ARE) VERB 1 + + OBJECT OBJECT

Present Continous Tense That works in progress Formula : SUBJECT + TO BE (AM, IS, ARE) + VERB. 1 + ING + OBJECT

Example : 1. (+) : The cat is catching the mouse now (-) : The cat is not catching the mouse now (?) : Is the cat catching the mouse now ? 2. (+) : Ali and Adi are playing badminton now (-) : Ali and Adi are not playing badminton now (?) : Are Ali and Adi playing badminton now ? 3. (+) : Henry is fishing in the river now (-) : Henry is not fishing in the river now (?) : Is Henry fishing in the river now ?

Present Perfect Tense That actions in the past, and still progress until now Formula : SUBJECT SUBJECT + + HAVE/HAS HAVE/HAS + BEEN + OBJECT + VERB. III + OBJECT

Example : 1. (+) : He has been in Surabaya before (-) : He has not been in Surabaya before (?) : Has he been in Surabaya before ? 2. (+) : We have taken the book just now (-) : We have not taken the book just now (?) : Have we taken the book just now ? 3. (+) : The man has sold the house just now (-) : The man has not sold the house just now (?) : Has the man sold house just now ?

Present Perfect Continous Tense That actions in the past, still progress until now, and may be happened in tomorrow Formula : SUBJECT + HAVE/HAS + BEEN + VERB. 1 + ING + OBJECT

Example : 1. (+) : I have been staying here since 1981 (-) : I have not been staying here since 1981 (?) : Have I been staying here since 1981 ? 2. (+) : Elsy has been waiting you for a day (-) : Elsy has not been waiting you for a day (?) : Has Elsy been waiting you for a day ? 3. (+) : We have been watching TV the whole night (-) : We have not been watching TV the whole night (?) : Have we been watching TV the whole night ?

B. PAST TENSE I. Simple Past Tense That work in the past Formula : SUBJECT SUBJECT + + TO BE (WAS/WERE) VERB III + OBJECT + OBJECT

C. FUTURE TENSE I. Simple Future Tense That event have not occurred and may be happened tomorrow Formula : SUBJECT + SHALL/WILL + VERB.1 + OBJECT

Example : 1. (+) : I shall invite you tomorrow (-) : I shall not invite you tomorrow (?) : Shall I invite you tomorrow ?

Future Continous Tense That event will be happened Formula : SUBJECT + SHALL/WILL + BE + VERB.1 + ING + OBJECT Example : 1.
