ABOUT MYSELF

Being born and brought up in the City of Joy, Kolkata, I feel I have a certain attachment to this city that binds me to it. I did my school from I did my schooling from Mahadevi Birla Girls. I was a humanities student and I studies subjects like Political science, Psychology, etc. At present I am studying BBA LLB, with Management as my Hons paper from National Law University, Orissa. I have just completed my second year. I am interested in the field of Constitutional Law and Criminal Law. My internship under Advocate Dipak Dey gave me an insight to the nitty-gritty in the matters of Arbitration and a slight knowledge of drafting. I also learnt how a Metropolitan Court functions as it was my first internship in a High Court. Arbitration is a field that particularly attracts my interest. In the phase of that internship I learnt Success doesn't come to you.

Being a Management (Hons.) Student, I love making Power point Presentations. Creativity is what makes me. I believe I have an innovative outlook to any problem posed in front of me. This is what sets me apart from the crowd. I am a die-hard fan of Karate. As such, I am a Black Belt (1st Dan) from Kyokushin Karate. I have been learning Karate since 8 years. I love playing outdoor games like Cricket, Badminton. Having an agile body and it is true that With fit body, comes fit mind. I love reading. I have been a voracious reader since my childhood. Reading is my passion and I aim to convert that passion into my profession. When I am not taking classes, I spend my time reading or I go through various blogs on my laptop. Mostly they all are related to humor, jokes, poetry or random articles about life, love. I like to read so its a good way for me of spending my time. Future is really something which cant be defined and bounded in any boundaries. It certainly cant be decided too. Yes I have some plans and goals that I have decided for me. In future, I see myself as a successful lawyer serving the society.
