How to make bows Supplies needed: Cloth ribbon (the best is 5/8 "), Metal Double Prong Clips

(found at beauty supply stores), Cardboard pallern, Needle and thread (any color), Thimble, Candle lighter (torch), Scissors & hot glue gun (with extra glue sticks)

Steps: . 1. Attach end of ribbon to pattern with clip and wrap around (without overlapping) twice, ending on the front. Cut ribbon at edge and attach with another clip. Cut a 1 1/2" section of ribbon and tie a knot or cut a 2"section of the same or matching ribbon. 2. Double thread needle and knot at bottom. Startingfrom the backside, sewall seams of ribbon right through the middle and knot at the end. Do not cut thread! 3. Pull both ends of the thread until get bow, then wrap thread around the middle of the bow several times. Sew through the middle twice and knot to keep wrapped. 4. Use the lighter to run across all loose ends of ribbon, to prevent fraying. 5. Using hot glue, attach 1 !!;''' section of ribbon over the part you pinch on clip. 6. Putting the clip with the pinch part facing down on the bollom side of the ribbon, attach either knotted ribbon or plain ribbon with just enough extra ribbon to attach the clip. Use a dot of hot glue on each end andfold over the clip to allach. (You can also sew it on if you would like) 7. Remove any extra hot glue and use the lighter to defray any ends of ribbon that have not been fired. Tada! You've made a bow!
