MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS: 1. Sulfur Recovery Block ( 2*300 TPD SRU/ 2*352 TPD ARU/ 49 TPD SWS-I and 59 TPD SWS-II ) Project for IOCL, Gujarat The project is based on proprietary Black & Veatch technology. The assignment involved interface and control of process engineering activities at the detailed engineering company. The overall responsibilities: Active taskforce member during the entire life cycle of the project starting from proposal engineering, residual process engineering, detailed engineering, precommissioning, commissioning, PGTR and handover to client. Simulation was carried out on Sulsim, HYSYS and Promax. Heat Exchanger check rating was carried out on HTRI. Interfacing of engineering activities at Design Centers at L&T-Chiyoda, India including interaction with client, Project Management Consultant to meet project deadlines. Participation in 30%, 60% and 90% 3D Model Review, P&ID preparation & client reviews and HAZOP Study to optimize plant layout from process, operation and maintainability viewpoint. 2. PDO Lekhwair Gas Field Development Project, Oman The objective of Lekhwair Gas Development Project is to enhance the gas supply by 3.0 mm sm3/d. The project includes various facilities like Gas Sweetening Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit, Hot Oil Heater, Flare, etc. The overall responsibilities: Feed verification on HYSYS for on-plot and off-plot facilities. Vendor design / document review for GSU, GDU, Flare and Hot oil Packages. An exhaustive Technical & Commercial Bid Evaluation were carried out for all the LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED packages to finalize the technically best offer.
