QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER Job Description Job description Evaluates technical problem statements for completeness and routes in accordance with quality assurance protocols/methods. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Follows standard processes and procedures to review and input data into SAP Job complexity Problems are of diverse nature, scope and priority. Analysis of data is required in order to reassign to appropriate functional area. Interacts with all levels and locations of personnel. Provide guidance to other personnel. Education and/or experience Bachelor/Master Degree of relevant field Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering experience or technical equivalent preferred. Knowledge, skills and abilities Fluent in English; speaking, writing, and verbal skills are a must. Knowledge of engineering drawings ME and EE drafting background will be useful Detail-oriented, ability to enter data from one form into another without error Ability to read ME and EE documents/drawings Knowledge of SAP environment is a plus

SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER Job Description Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

Engineer will work closely with development engineers, product managers and test engineers to participate in requirement and design reviews, code reviews, develop specification and test plans, write test plans and test cases, develop and execute automated and manual test procedures and present test results to the team. Requirements Basic Requirements Individual should have a BS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field. Minimum of 0-2 years of proven experience in developing and executing test plans for real time / embedded applications. Previous experience in developing and executing automated test solutions is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical skills and experience Strong object-oriented enterprise application design and development experience of testing Services Knowledge of the semi-conductor manufacturing industry a plus

Soft skills Good command of English is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly gather and apply technical/domain knowledge about existing systems

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Description

Develop real time control software for Novellus' Semiconductor Capital Equipments. This position includes participation and contributions in all different aspects of formal software development cycles. There will be interaction between different disciplines: Software, Hardware and Process Teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Defining and writing Software Requirements and Software Design specification Project Management of tasks leading up to integration into Formal releases. Designing and implementing solutions to existing products. Involve in new enhancements for continuous improvement programs and new products Knowledge Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journeylevel position. Job complexity Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with cross functional teams throughout the Novellus organization. Experience Requires 0 - 2+ years of object oriented software development Strong proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java Experience in Microsoft Windows Programming in Win2K, XP, 2003 Server Knowledge of real time control and operating systems. Experience in Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation is a plus BS or MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering.
