2010 2011 Water Distribution Network for the Wilayats Ibra, Al Qabil, Dima Wa Taiyin, Oman Ibra, Al Qabil and Dima Wa Taiyin Wilayat are upcoming regions in Oman in terms of their commercial and residential developments. The Wilayats proposed to have number of planned areas and the aim of the project is to plan, model and design of water distribution network for existing as well as planned areas. Responsibilities includes conceptual Planning of distribution network, hydraulic Modeling and Design of water distribution and transmission system and tender documents, Guide the designers for preparation of tender drawings. 2009 2010 Planning and Design of Wastewater System of Mira-Bhayandar, Mumbai, India. Mira-Bhayandar is a fast growing city, located in the near vicinity of Mumbai having area of 7900 ha and a population of about 0.5 million at present (expected to be 2.5 million in 2035). The project aimed at development of a city level model for wastewater infrastructure and project management consultancy services for execution. Responsibilities includes coordinating with GIS team for field data acquisition, for hydraulic model and asset maps, development of an optimized hydraulic model at city level and provide input for GIS integration and design management and Site Coordination. 2009 2010 Detailed Project Report on Wastewater System for Nara Raipur City, India Naya Raipur is a world class city development called to be the city of 21st century in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is proposed to be the new capital city of the state, aiming to become a prime investment hub of the country. Responsibilities include conceptual planning of wastewater collection and treatment system design of collection system, preparation of DPR and overall coordination with client, meetings, presentations. 2009 2010 Hydraulic Modeling of Stormwater Drainage System for Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, India. Navi Mumbai is one of the most progressive satellite townships of India, in the close vicinity of the financial capital Mumbai. Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (162 sq. km of area) aimed at development of an integrated model for existing and proposed Drainage system and rehabilitation of the holding ponds. Design of drainage system was very challenging due to the regions high rainfall and close proximity to sea. Responsibilities includes development of the hydraulic model for existing drainage system using field data, coordinate with the GIS team and calibrate the model for existing flow condition, design and modelling of proposed storm water drainage system with holding ponds and analysis of integrated hydraulic model and recommend rehabilitation measures. 2009 Remodeling of Mysore City Water Distribution System for 24x7 Supplies, Mysore, India. Mysore is a city of historical importance in the State of Karnataka, India. The Water distribution network of around 1300 km was undertaken for network remodeling to upgrade the supply to 24X7 supplies. I have performed the role of lead network engineer along with renowned British expertise working as advisor to the project. Responsibilities includes data collection and site

investigation for setting up the network model, hydraulic remodeling of transmission and distribution network and rehabilitation planning. 2007 - 2008 Algeria East-West Highway Development Project, Algeria Algeria East-West Highway Development is one the Worlds largest public sector projects which includes development of more than 1000 km of highways in extremely difficult terrain. Dar Group was employed to design about 300 km stretch of highways in Algeria along with all drainage features. Responsibilities includes hydrological analysis, design of storm ditches and prepare alignment and corridors in Civil 3D and guiding CAD persons for preparation of construction drawings. 2007 2008 Master Planning of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Lekki, Nigeria Lekki FTZ is a challenging development at the coastal zone aiming to provide international standard of infrastructure to become a preferred investment hub. The project includes master planning of wet infrastructures in the Lekki FTZ area, conceptual design and preliminary cost estimates. Responsibilities includes master planning of Water distribution and storm water drainage system, hydraulic analysis and modeling of stormwater drainage system in CivilStorm and preparation conceptual design report and presentation. 2007 2008 Conceptual Master Planning of Wet Infrastructures for King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Phase II, Saudi Arabia KAEC is one of the biggest mega projects in the region consisting of integrated development of sea port, industrial zone, central business district, etc. The project involvement was to carry out the master planning of the industrial zone focusing on the most feasible water, wastewater and drainage system solutions. Responsibilities includes development of conceptual plan for water, wastewater and drainage system, preliminary Design and Modeling of networks, formulate various options and detailed design of the wastewater network for selected option. 2008 Preliminary Design and Hydraulic Modelling of Water and Wastewater Network for Tareen Hills Development, Arbil, Iraq This Greenfield residential development had a vision of providing international standard of facilities and development a city of first choice for living. The project involved Conceptual planning, design and modeling of wet infrastructure. Responsibilities includes planning and Development of hydraulic model in SewerCAD, preliminary Design, cost estimates and feasibility study, and coordinating with the GIS team for development of an integrated wet infrastructure model.
