SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE Program updates are available on request or may be downloaded from the PROKON Support Web at www.prokon.com/support. The following conditions apply: Annual rental: Free maintenance, including program updates and support. Purchase: Free maintenance for twelve months, including program updates and support. Optional maintenance of purchased software after the first year: Casual program updates at 20% of the prevailing purchase price per annum, calculated from the original purchase or last maintenance to date. Alternatively, maintenance is available through a maintenance agreement at a discounted rate of 15% of the prevailing purchase price per annum. The agreement entitles a user to regular program updates and continued support.
