Commercial Terms & Conditions

1 Prices Prices quoted are Ex-Works Basis.

2 Taxes & Duties Sales Tax (Central or State), Excise, Octroi and / or any other levy as applicable at the
time of delivery shall be charged extra.
Excise Duty 10.30 %
CST 2 % Against Form `C`
Service Tax 10.30 % (If Applicable).
3 P & F 2.5% Extra on Basic Prices.

4 Freight Charges Freight charges to be borne by Customer.

5 Transit
Insurance
Transit Insurance shall be in Customers Scope. In case the Insurance to be arranged
by us, an additional amount @ 0.1% shall be charged on total invoice value.

6 Payment Terms 20% Advance along with P.O. and balance 80% along-with all taxes and duties against
Proforma Invoice after inspection at our works but before dispatch.

7 Validity The quotation is valid for acceptance 30 days.

8 Delivery 14 - 15 Weeks Ex-works from the date of approved drawings.

9 Force Majeure Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the scheduled deliver period, but
we take no responsibility for any delay occasioned by causes beyond our control
known as Force Majeure. Delayed delivery will not be the reasons for the cancellation
of the contract. NO claim for refund of deposits / advance or damages will be
entertained.
10 Inspection Inspection of goods will be arranged at our Jamshedpur Works at Purchasers Cost
failing that our guarantee before dispatch of goods shall have to be accepted.

11 Warranty All items supplied by us carry manufacturing warranty for their satisfactory working for
18 months from the date of dispatch / 12 months from the date of commissioning
whichever is earlier.
12 Insurance /
Indemnity /
Guarantee
Unless instructed otherwise, the goods will be dispatched at buyers risk. We however,
offer our indemnity guarantee service by which we ensure satisfactory working of the
instruments at the destination after delivery. For this service an additional amount of
3 % (6% for the glass parts) is charged. Any breakage or loss must be intimated to us
within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods, otherwise we shall not entertain claim.

13 Jurisdiction All disputes relating to the above contract are subject to East Singbhum Jurisdiction.
