We are pleased to announce, that the 44 ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING of the HUNGARIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA will be held from October 28 through November 2, 2012 in Sarasota, Florida. You are cordially invited and encouraged to participate and lecture on the upcoming meeting. The general title of the meeting is:

Submissions by e-mail is highly encouraged; abstract should be sent as an attachment file in Microsoft Word (.doc) format only. Fax submissions or other format than Word document will not be accepted.
The CME credit policy changed recently. Please provide the requested information on the enclosed forms with Abstract submission. Presenters must complete the Disclosure Form and Commitment to Valid Content Form. For general financial contribution for the Meeting from Company/Foundation/Organization the Agreement Form must be completed (please contact the Program Chair for the form when it is needed).

Abstract submission without the requested forms will not be considered for CME credit.
