______________________________________________________________________________ Every learner or student who wants to have a degree needs to undergo the so called on-thejob-training. On-the-job-training is application of the learnings the student acquired in the portals of a learning institution. It is the first-hand-experience on the real world of the facts and datas, applying them in its context and sphere and to measure the ability and skills of the trainees under the on-the-job-training program. The researchers objective to the study is to undermine the job satisfaction and motivation of the student-trainee in the on-the-job-training program. Its purpose is to know how satisfied the

v trainees on the job their handling and to know what motivates them to complete the on-the-jobtraining program of the curriculum. The method use to facilitate the study is through questionnaire. The researchers produced questions in lieu to whats and hows of the job in their respective areas. Regardless of age, gender and the position which they were able to handle during the period of internship, the variation of the respondents would reflect on the range of interns who usually undergo the training program. Thus the method use is descriptive or qualitative. From the gathered data mostly the respondents are female with 66%, these shows the age underlying the population of graduating class. The position they handled are clerical and front desk officer. The duties and responsibilities the trainees use to perform are secretarial. The respondent functioned as a regular employee to certain company to fulfill the duty within their outmost capabilities. The respondents performed their task in and out of the working station and working load or working time. From the job knowledge and skills the practicumers were able to purchase the best of the abilities, talents, qualities and attributes they learn in schools. Delving from the content of the books to the realm varied responsibilities and obligations in the office. For working hours the respondents were given an allotted time for breaks and 5 or more hour to work. For interns who have undergone the on-the-job-training they dont usually receive any working incentives such as salary or payment for the service they have rendered. This is common practice for undergrad that needs the necessary training to be in the system. The researchers found out the learnings in school have equipped the trainers to be skilled, to be able to perform the task on their job. But the lores they have isnt sufficient, further enhancement in terms of seminars, forum and the like could be of help. Moreover, one have

vi experience and training for the latest technology we have could be a good have to help the trainings more to be more productive in their chosen fields of endeavor.
