KAITECH India Pvt. Ltd. is a Public limited company established in 2012 Thane Mumbai, by a group of Professionals. We provide embedded systems based IT solutions. We are pioneers & market leaders in supplying of automatic fare collection machine with door sensor in India We are able to achieve success in all the field automations projects we take up. AIT is Hong Kong based company. We have a deal with article which manufacture automatic fare collection machine with door sensor as a contract manufacturing for us .we our outsourcing machine from AIT they are manufacturing machine as per our given design and plan.

STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL NEEDED

Kaitech India Pvt ltd is a partnership company running by four management professional partner, we are running our business without investing large amount of capital .our product is manufactured by AIT Hong Kong based company as a contract manufacturing they manufactured our product as per given plan and design. So we dont have manufacturing unit .we just placing order to the contract manufacturing company by taking advanced amount or order from and supplying to the customer. We are running business with the client money we can say they are placing order and we are fulfilling, once we capture the market we will open our own manufacturing company. The entire four partners running their business with their own fund invested for running their business. We need capital of Rs 3,70,000 which is invested by partner of their own fund.

Executive summary

We are the pioneer of supplying of automatic fare collection machine with sensor door to Volvo. Volvo has a collaboration of supply Air condition busses to BEST (Brihan Mumbai electric supply and transport) in Mumbai. We are getting machine from AITcompany as a contract manufacturing they are manufacturing as per our given design and plans for us. We are adding this technology in a/c busses so by swapping the card traveler can get ticket. There is no need of hiring of conductor for collecting fares. any smart card can work in swapping and getting ticket without swapping the card sensor board will not open the door ,once all the seat get full the door will not open until the passenger swap the card from inside the bus. We have a contract with Volvo and Volvo has offered the plan to BEST and best gave there consent to agreement.

Analysis of Competitors Indias largest manufacturer of automated teller machines (ATMs) is diversifying into making swipe machines and retail point of sale terminals, expecting demand to multiply in coming years. But there are not entered in buses transportation so we are the first who is launching this technology in buses, no other company has manufactured such system yet. NCR Corp. India Pvt. Ltd, the local arm of Ohio, US-based NCR Corp., has already started pilot projects and will launch the machines in the first quarter of 2011, managing director Jasvinder Singh Gill said. Germanys Wincor Nixdorf AG, US-based International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) and NCR Corp. has a large footprint in the global retail market, but the India arm, launched in July 1996, has limited itself to building and servicing ATMs for banks.NCR cornered 48% of the ATM market in India, followed by Diebold Inc. at 32% share and Wincor Nixdorf at 19%, at the end of 2009, a report by UK-based Retail Banking Research Ltd (RBR) said this year. NCR has 2,200 employees in India. Nearly one-third of them are at its ATM manufacturing plant in Pondicherry, which makes ATMs for India and exports to Singapore and Australia. The plant produced 10,000 ATMs last year, and touched that figure in September this year, Gill said. India has only 51 ATMs per million people, well below the developed world average of 600 per million, and thus offers a substantial growth opportunity for ATM manufacturers, he added. The RBR report said the number of ATMs in India will increase from 60,000 in 2009 to 175,000

Description of the Venture Product An automated fare collection (AFC) system is the collection of components that automate the ticketing system of a public transportation network - an automated version of manual fare collection. An AFC system is usually the basis for ticketing. Our product is a automatic fare collection machine which has a connection with the sensor door once. You swap any smartcard automatically u will get the ticket and side by side the door will get open. Its been placed in various buses (a/c buses) mostly in metropolitan cities in India We are given contract manufacturing to AIT is Hong Kong based company manufacturing the machine ass per given design and plan and order and supplies to us and we supplies to our clients its is fixed side of the door of the bus and the bus depot s in Mumbai .fares of the station automatically installed in that system by just swapping the card and by selecting the stops it automatically provide the ticket. Services We are providing the services that without carry cash you can do any transaction with your any smartcard. Delivery we do given period as per the given order without any delay and that also to their door stepson this machine any smartcard works. With the help of this system there is no need to hire the conductor to collecting the fares. Once you swap the card the door automatically open with the help of door sensors. Without swapping the card no one can enter the bus. Once the all seat get engaged no one can enter the bus until the seat gets vacant, by installing these machine we can reduce the burden of manpower or reduce the unwanted hiring of conductor.

These innovative ideas came in their mind by experienced the travelling in our college days in buses .the payment system was very outdated by waiting of conductor to serve the tickets.

The partners of kaitech are doing business through financing from banks and venture capital because and enough capital to apply their business plan in real market. All the partners are from different cities get united in their M.B.A course and after completing they created such an innovative plan and urge them to start a business.

MARKETING PLAN DEMAND We are the supplier of automatic fare collection machine with sensors door .AIT Company is manufacturing our product as a contract manufacturing we are targeting the metropolitan cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata. We are supplying our product as per the order given by the concern company. We are the pioneer of the supplying of these machine no other companies has launched the machine only manual automatic fare collection machine is applying in busses but these system remove the role of hiring the conductor in busses because by swapping of any smartcard traveler get ticket on the spot. After launching the product in the market we will take feedback of the customer and after that we will try to bring changes in a product like what extra they needed in that services. We have no competitors in the market so the demand of the product would be more. Pricing We are the only supplier in the market so we can charge the price of the product without consider the competitor. Our company is customer oriented company; we are planning to bring changes in fare collection techniques. In future competitor also come with their idea and prices and product while we will charge by considering the competitor activities. DISTRIBUTION We are importing our product from china AIT Hong Kong Based company .we hired AIT as a contract manufacturing .We maintained our stock in the office in Mumbai. As per the order we supply to the concerned customer and handle the distribution activity in various part of the country. We distribute the product from our warehouse trough transportation to the customer.

PROMOTION We are promoting our product through various banks, we are adding services that customer can make payment through any smartcard. We have a tie-up with bus Transportation Company so we promote together about the product with their expenses. In metropolitan cities buses and railways station there is a TV so through advertising we are making people aware how these machine works and create awareness about the product.

PRODUCTION PLAN Kaitech Pvt. Ltd. Have a tie-up with AIT Hong Kong based company we hired them as a contract manufacturing for manufacturing our product as per given plan and design of the product, AIT Company is the supplier of the product. Their physical plant in Hong Kong .ther is producing as per our contract. Design of the product We are sending our design to the manufacturing company. Features are as given below: Manual fair collection machine already available in the market but for handling that machine there is a need of hiring of conductor. So by looking this point we made a mechanism by swiping the card any smart card travelers get tickets. It is a fiber plastic electronic machine. The software already uploaded about the ticket fairs of different destinations. Any smart card will work in that machine, the inter link of that machine with the censor door. Once the customers swiping card in that machine door automatically open and close. And there is a censor in the door after the full of seats door will not get open at any stops. Until inside passengers comes the foot range of the censor door. All above given plan and design will be provided to the manufacturing company located in china.

Ltd. is also producing manual fare collection machine that is manually and our product very modified and automatic , version with sensor doors connectivity. So they already have manufacturing plant and machinery to product that modified version of our product. It is also affordable to any electronic business people. But as a pioneer we are the initiator of this new technology in the market. The main risk is price that it can be produced by low price by other electronic company. Once they got the techniques of the machine. Environmental Risk Political Risk AS we are offering to the Volvo which has a tie-up with BEST, they supplying buses to Best in Mumbai and Delhi government Transportation Company which is public undertaking so that we have to follow the process of and norms of government to implement our product in a ease manner. High import taxes applied by the government can affect the profit margin.
