1. 2. 3. 4. Submission of request form either through email or letter or fax does not guarantee the booking is confirmed until formal confirmation from NIBAF officials. Your earliest possible booking may increase the chance of your booking at NIBAF. Once we received your request, the rates will be quoted afterwards along with the approximate cost of the program. You are required to deposit 100 % advance of total cost of program via pay order, demand draft etc along with confirmation letter of the program. Pay order /Demand Draft will be made in favor of National Institute of Banking & Finance (Guarantee) Ltd. Sector H 8/1, Pitras Bokhari Road, Islamabad 5. 6. Being a full fledged subsidiary of SBP, NIBAF is exempted from the tax; hence full amount of bill must be made without any deduction. In case of amendments in the program, NIBAF do not guarantee the same commitment but revised program will be coordinated & confirmed if possible, otherwise NIBAF has the right to cancel your program. 7. 8. In case of cancelation of program, 5 % as cancellation charges will be applicable. The arrangements are made on the confirmed booking. In case of extra facilities requirements, NIBAF will invoice for excess amount.

9. In case of any damage of NIBAF assets by the participants / officials of organizers, concerned party will be responsible to make up suitably. 10. NIBAF is a prestigious training institute and expect the same level of understanding from its stakeholders. Compliance to the NIBAF rules & regulation and ensuring discipline is the responsibility of each participant of program.
