Office is the place where clerical operation are carried on or can be defined as the central place where all softs of clerical work is done to coordinate and control the affairs of the whole organization. The following as importance of office can be explain within a point showing Office as control center An office also acts as control center of the enterprise because it help the management in taking the decisions and after wards help in implementing them , it is the medium through which the management can establish control, mechanism and guide the operations of each and department in organization. Office as the communication link effective communication among different department is necessary for the smooth working of the business office provides for inter-com services and message services for exchanging information by different departments. office also the center which links the business with outside world it attends to the phone calls of outside answers their queries and receives and gathers relevant information from them. Office is a service center the office provide several service to all other department of the organization ,the important servicers provided by the office include provision of necessary information ,typing and duplicating services , printing of forms provision of stationery, provision of mail messenger servicers etc. Office is the information center office is the brain of the organization because it preserves all the relevant information for use in the future. it is the place to which information from each part of the organization converges and from where information from to each department of the organs. For ensuring coordination in the organ, the office to keep good relations with each and every department is transmitted through proper channel. Office is co-coordinating link between an office serves as intermediary or co-coordinating link between all the department s of the organs .for ensuring coordination in the organ, the office to keep good relation with each and every

department example like institute of social work and IFM to organize to change idea and other material within department. Admistrative center means that there a center of any organization of performing a job in department means that it help to know you are subordinate and how we admistrate and then a subordinate will be attention to do a job and a task in organization because there a good system o f organization. All in all office is very important thing in any organization because it facilitates the organization to performing well in department and to be awareness.
