Joined as Field Sales Manager in82 for N&E India based at Delhi. Earned rapid promotions: To NSM83 operating from Head Office, Kolkata, to SPM 84, to Deputy Marketing Manager86, to Marketing Manager88,to VICE PRESIDENT92. Functional Areas: As overall Head was a KEY PROFIT CENTRE, responsible for Planning and Implementation of Marketing Strategies, Budgeting, Recruitment, Training, SPM,CRM ,Franchising, Distribution Management, handling of Union Relationship et al. Led a team of 400+ personnel up to the level of GMS.
