3. You will be taken to youre my account page. a. Go to subscriptions b. There is only subscription plan, Pay Per posting (it is free), select and click Next c. To go back to your account click My Account on top

4. To post a job click post jobs on the menu

5. Before starting post the job quickly read the job, this will reduce your time to post 6. Title: Choose an appropriate and understandable title for the job, like Sales ExecutiveLuggages. You should think about the job seeker in mind. Our success of the site partially depends on you.

7. Industry: You have to select the industry pertaining the ad. But usually some paper ads do not mention Industry, you have to make a guess of the nearest associated industry. You can also select more than one industry by pressing Ctrl and selecting multiple industry. Remember Industry is important since people will use this as a search criteria.

8. Occupation: Again this field is important since it is used as search criteria. The occupation is organized as a tree and has branches. For e.g. Accounts and Finance has many branches. So if the position is Accountant a. You should go into by clicking Accounts and Finance b. And then select Accountant

DO NOT PUT TICK MARK IN ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE because if you select the top level unnecessarily then when anyone is searching for Finance Manager your accountant ad will also show up. Over time you will know the classification which is where and you will be able to post fast. 9. Employment Type: If the ad does not mention any specific period of employment then select full time always

10. Job Description: In the beginning if you spend some 30 seconds reading then you can understand the job description. Type out the ad as it is or explain it in your words. But please remember the quality of our site depends on the quality of work we do. Try to use bullet points. You Should not use any abbreviations. IF ANY CONTACT DETAILS LIKE PHONE, ADDRESS ARE PROVIDED ENTER IN THIS FIELD

11. Job Requirements: Do not write too much on your own since we are only taking the ads from news papers. Write what is in the ad but more complete since most of the ads are abbreviated like Wanted: Exp Enggr you should write as Experienced Engineer NO NEED TO WRITE WANTED 12. Salary: Fill If salary is mentioned, otherwise leave it. 13. COUNTRY, STATE, CITY, ZIP (Pin Code) VERY IMPORTANT AND USED FOR SEARCH 14. Video: Leave it blank 15. Application Settings: VERY IMPORTANT: After all the job seeker wants to apply for the job. He has two ways a. By email: select the first radio button and type out the email ID of the employer b. 16. Once done click POST 17. The Admin (which is me for now) has to activate. Typically this takes one hour in other websites. But for now I have to do it so maximum time to activate is 12 hours. I am asking one of our senior team member to help me in administrating by activating the jobs. If that happens then your ad will be acted within 2-4 hours. Also you will get an email notification that your job is activated. (The email of your profile and not the one given for advertising) 18. You can go back to My postings view all your posted jobs. 19. You will be paid on 5th and 20th for all the activated posts.
