JYOTI CNC AUTOMATION PRIVET LIMITED is Indias one of the best manufacturing company of CNC machines. Founder: ParakramSinh Jadeja SahdevSinh Jadeja Jyoti CNC manufactures more than 10 types of machines which can be used for single or multitasking purpose. Some of the row material of Jyoti CNC produces by the company itself. Jyoti CNC has adopted change as a continuous process & its technocrats are flexible enough to adopt any changes in the manufacturing process & in the final product with a view to give the real value for money to their customers. Jyoti CNC is Indias one of the best manufacturer of linear motor machine too. Jyoti CNC produces 50 machines per month. Jyoti CNC got powerful market in the world of CNC technology. 2. HISTORY
Jyoti CNC was established in the year 198 by Mr. Parakramsinh Jadeja and Mr. Sahdevsinh Jadeja. Jyoti CNC was started in a 8 / 8 ft. small room but the actual growth of company increases from 1997. In 1997, JYOTI CNC AUTOMATION PVT. LTD. was started in area around 3000 sq. meters. and second unit of Jyoti CNC was started in the year 2003-04 in area around 36000 sq. meters. In 2001, Jyoti CNC produced 5 machines per month. In 2005, Jyoti CNC produced 30 machines per month. At present (in 2006), Jyoti CNC produces 50 machines per month. These data show actual growth of Jyoti CNC from 2001 to 2006. Jyoti CNC participated in IMTEX-2001 and also won award for best display. Jyoti CNC follows the standards of Indian Machine Tools (IMT), Gujarat State Machine Tools and Japanese standards.

This indent includes the information like quality, quantity, requirement etc., and this indent after filing it is sent to the purchase department of Jyoti CNC.

Purchase department of Jyoti CNC makes inquiry about the material from the suppliers & collects quotation from suppliers. While placing the purchase under Jyoti CNC considers the following factors. 6.3 STORES DEPARTMENT: The store department of the Jyoti CNC receives the raw material that was ordered from the supplier. This department prepares goods receipt note (GRN). One copy of GRN is sent to that department which has place an indent. Particular department approves the materials & sends requisition to store department & collect the material on the basis of GRN, final invoice is paid account department

The unit has installed computerized Time Keeping System. In this system all the employees including staff members and workers have been registered their name and time to come in unit for attendance. Time office department of Jyoti CNC keeps the attendance sleep also, in this system, the workers are supposed to feel their sleep at the time of entry as well as exit. The registrar collects the data through computer and their salary and wages prepared according to this collected data. There are two shifts in Jyoti CNC. Actually, Jyoti CNC is so soft with their workers. Rules, regulation and decipline in Jyoti CNC depend upon their work load. If any workers are free from the work, they can relax in Jyoti CNC. The company provides facilities for enjoyment like games, music, movie etc. If workers are free from the work then they can play games like table tennis, chess, carom etc.
