Back ground: Macmillan agency wants to develop a new moscot for William and Mary University, the institution recognizes NCCA policies to avoid violating NCCA guideline. The agency has developed proposal got many university like Harvard and those implemented the program found it very relevant in research work. The use of new moscot system will save university huge sum of money and time for both lecturer and students hence people learn without much interference. The testing of plan is done upon university accepting to the plan from Macmillan agency. The project if accepted by institution will take seven days before it is finally complemented. Method: The project of developing a new mascot for William, and Mary University done in a descriptive nature, where data collected from both primary and secondary source. Students and lectures in the university were interviewed for collection of data to be used as a primary source of data. Data obtained from students and staff of the university was asking the way university operate admission time and their fee structures in addition to the course offered, Simple random sampling techniques deployed for interview of university staff and student in order to get the random data for sampling. For the secondary sources of data team visited university website in addition to reading the university, newsletter. Both data obtained from the two source compared and analyzed using software to analyze and draft final data. The data source obtained from the two sources very

vital for project completion and will guide members on how to overcome any challenges that arises during implementation phase.

Project Management: Work distribution: The team led by Chairman Dr. Robert James undertook the initiative of developing a new moscot for the university with assistance of Dr. Philip Charles as a secretary and Mike Martin as a member. Dr Robert is an Information technology expert while Charles Consultancy in marketing and Martin Engineering in technology. Both Martin and Philip graduate from Harvard while Charles from Oxford University. The chairman co-ordinate team works while secretary file record of progress of the project and Engineer involved in implementing the project. Each member in a team assigned a task and failure to accomplish the task on time faces consequences of paying fine. Members unanimously agreed to work together to complete the project on specified period of time. Project Schedule: The project from start to end task take one week. The project team divided time into two phases, where face one run for five day, while phase two another five days. The Ghant chart shown in the figure below shows this explanation in a clear way. Within a span of one week members have completed their task and handed over report to the college of William and Mary.

Communication plan: Since members stay far away from each other many time communication done online using the internet. Where the chairman send messages to all team members asking them of the progress made. Secretary compiles report as directed by the chairman. On special occasions members meet at hotels to discuss the way forward but many times communication is through internet services. Members also contact each other using phones if they need to identify minor issue on the project progress.
