    To join an organization which provide challenging working environment and opportunities to utilize and harness my potentials

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
    From April 2004 To Date Working in National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) Khushab as Credit Officer and Accountant, performing the following duties and responsibilities
    Making contact with and organizing local communities in the most appropriate forms of organizations like community organizations COs, Village Organization VOs and Local Support Organizations LSOs Training local leaders and activities in the basics of organizing communities and a programme of saving, capital formation and skill devolvement Enchaining concerned local persons in maintaining records , organizing savings and developing plans for the utilization of skill training at the community level Managing for NRSP intervention such as social mobilization for Credit program .Environment and Natural Resource Programme (ENRM), and Community Physical Infrastructure (CPI) etc. Identifying and implementing Community Physical Infrastructure projects like Drinking Water Supply Schemes, Hand Pumps, Drainge and Sanition, Pipe Irrigation, Water Courses, Bio Gas Plants, Water Courses, Culverts and Sill Ways Linking the communities with Line Departments, District Government, other NGOs and Donors Providing facility of mircrocredit at the doorstep of rural community to enable the to establish their own enterprise to generate sustainable income and to improve their standard of living Ensuring 100 % recovery every month Monitoring, supervising and training Staff Check Credit Cases In MIS

    Also included Program Introduction Credit Group formation Technical Appraisal Verification of loan utilization Case Study writing

    Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report writing Poverty Scorecard Cash Closing Village Development Plan Maintaining of Credit Record
