I was fortunate enough to work at Rutgers University Newark, which was ranked the most diverse college campus in the country. Additionally, the work I will be doing at Bailey Gatzert will increase my competancies in this area. However, I need to continue pursuing opportunities of working with diverse population. I need to work on increasing my communication when I have a problem or opinion.

One thing I need to be more mindful of is looking at every interaction and situation as a chance for me to learn from others. I do a fairly good job with supervising and I expect to continue to develop myself as a supervisor.

I want to do research and write in student affairs blogs as ways of enhancing my writing skills. I need to work on my self-confidence in this area by pushing myself out of my comfort zone more often.

I love creating group cohesion and would like to learn more ways of doing this!
