Definitions This report is based upon the different things which are basically based upon the real meaning and the effects of retribution and rehabilitation. The main points of these two have been discussed and that is the arguments in which this report is based upon and different things related to those arguments. We will further discuss this concept in detail while giving the answers of different questions in this report. Retribution It is basically a concept which has different meanings and also has different concepts. This is basically designed to compensate the crime. This is the way how it is used as how to punish the one who is already involved in different crimes. In some of the senses this word represents the punishment which is for doing such crime. Rehabilitation The word rehabilitation means that it is used to repair or make a better feeling in a person after a bas experience or after bad pain. There are different types of things in which this will be counted like in different conditions this will be used to relief the pain. For the process of repairing the word rehabilitative is generally used and also works out. In some cases it will be helpful in giving back the strength to people and also by going through different exercises and methods and it will help them to bring their energy back.

If we look into the detail of both of the definition we can figure out that one of them is used to give the strength to thee person and also brings them out from the certain condition which is helpful for them to be out of that pain which they had. The other thing which is discussed

is that giving them punishment in doing some crime and teaching them a lesson for the crime they had done.

Answers 1 Argument of Retribution The first question in this report is based upon the Arguments between the retribution. There are three arguments in which this answer will be given. These arguments in retribution are highlighted as under.

The first argument in the retribution is that the punishment of capital is very huge and in these punishments there are some of the doubts that are coming along.

The punishment which is given to the person for doing any type of crime is very risky and types of punishments are sometimes causing their deaths. Sometimes these punishments are very painful and they suffer for the rest of their life.

The person has done wrong and has kill someone for example but it does not mean that the person has to be kill for taking the revenge or for the punishment.

Argument of Rehabilitation The first question and second part of this question the arguments in rehabilitation has been discussed. There are three arguments in which this answer will be given. These arguments in rehabilitation are highlighted as under.

The argument in the rehabilitation is that is has no knowledge and information about the experiential and also not even aware of the reasons that causes the crime. In this case the reason of the crime is not even mentioned.

In the second argument it has not mention that the rehabilitation is used to give the cure for the injuries and for bringing the person into the better condition and it is not even proof that they use some sort of techniques for that.

The other argument is that after going through this procedure of rehabilitation most of the people become mentally ill and does not be normal mentally.

In both of the arguments these are discussing about the negative point of the retribution and rehabilitation.

In both of the arguments the main similarity is that the after effects are discussed in the arguments after going through the process of retribution and rehabilitation.

Social arguments used to support retribution and rehabilitation There are some of the social arguments in retribution and rehabilitation which will be discussed in this area and the main issues and aspects of these social arguments are given as under. Social arguments in retribution In this areas the social arguments will be discuss to support the retribution. These supporting social arguments are given as under. If the society is not giving the punishment to the criminal and not able to give the punishment the way it has to be given then the crime will be increase. The public will surely take action on it they will give the punishment on their own and it will be dangerous for the country because then their will be no law and no justice. People also get confuse in taking the revenge and it is also some times confusing that what type of revenge will be taken and it is also the big issue for them.

Social arguments in rehabilitation There are some of the social arguments in rehabilitation that are discussed in this section. Some of these are arguments are given as under. The first point is that they did not have any proper system for giving such better options. This is the system which is not in a proper way and not in right system. Technical construction is used and proper planning is required for the management of giving the right solutions.
