Attorney General Pam Bondi Office of Attorney General State of Florida The Capitol PL-01 Tallahassee, FL 32399-1050 RE: Case No. 502010CA012089XXXXMB BankUnited v Doug Minervini

Dear Attorney General, Pam Bondi, This letter is regarding the Foreclosures in the State of Florida, this needs to Stop immediately. The corruption, greed, bribes between Attorneys and Judges has to cease ! These Foreclosure Mills, i.e. Albertelli Law in this case and all cases has to be stopped! The Judges are taking for granted that original notes are being submitted by opposing counsel are original wet ink signature notes from the day of closing; they are submitting a doctored copy of the note. Even a certified copy of the wet ink signature original note is inadmissible in a Court of Law. The Judges look at the Court Docket from the laptop on the bench and also proceed with Summary Judgment when there were no affirmative defenses done, this is illegal! The Judges do not take the time to review the case prior to hearing; most of the Judges look down on Pro-Se individuals. 99.9% of the time the Judges ignore Pro-Se request to the Court. We have every right to represent ourselves! Homeowners have tried to obtain Loan Modification, however the Banks just blow off or delay. I have helped individuals that have retained an attorney to represent them in their foreclosure case, they paid non-refundable retainer fee of $1,500 and did not show up at their hearing therefore their home was almost sold on the steps of the Courthouse when I got involved and prepared a Motion to Vacate the Sale. They are in their home. Another individual felt overwhelmed regarding calls and correspondence from the bank, hired an attorney to represent them, did not take any retainer up front, however stated

If we win your case, you keep your home and pay us $350 per month for the next 30 years this totals $108,000 What kind of deal is that? What the homeowner does not realize is that the home is used as collateral, if they default on the payment the home belongs to the firm. Also the what if they do not win the case, well that was not disclosed. Another Individual retained an attorney for the past two years paying said attorney $350 per month, the bank is still requesting documents from the homeowner to modify the loan. Obviously, this attorney has not done a thing! The bank should be asking the attorney for the documents not the homeowner! I am now helping this person. After a closing, the Original Wet Blue Ink Signature Promissory Note is taken to a Brokerage or Wall Street then sold for up to 4 times the loan amount as mortgage backed securities. It is the Banks that owe the funds to the homeowner for using their Signature to make a profit. The People are starting to wake up, we are really disgusted with the way things have gone, the corruption, deception, the lies. Enough is enough!!! The homes that were taken from these foreclosure mills should be returned to the previous owner or be compensated for their loss and all the foreclosure cases be dismissed as this is all Fraud! It is being rumored that the State of California has stopped the foreclosure cases. Please see attached. There only seems to be Corruption, Greed, Bribery / Payoffs but no Justice whatsoever, this has to Change!!! This Nation has to return to We the People and the Constitution of the United States should be enforced the way it was intended to be. Judge D. Lewis at the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County should be removed from the Bench immediately for failing to enforce the Law. Please advise where I can be of help in this situation as I continue to tell the individuals I help to keep fighting for their rights, dont get overwhelmed by the black robe and the suits the attorneys wear. I have coached them to self represent.

If foreclosures are not stopped, we the people will bring a Class Action Lawsuit against Palm Beach County 15th Judicial Circuit Court, the State of Florida and the United States Government and the Judges for failing to enforce the Law, Discrimination against the Citizens of the United States of America, Fraud, Mortgage Servicing Fraud, Fraud on the Courts State and Federal, Albertelli Law Firm, the rest of the foreclosures mills who are Defending the Fraudulent Banks, for Unlawful and Deceptive Business Practice, et.al.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, Pastor Annabel (Annie ) Mantz Pastor Annabel (Annie) Mantz

Lenders face pressure in California to stop foreclosures October 7, 2010 | 12:16 pm

Lenders are coming under increasing pressure in California to halt foreclosures. Two advocacy groups -- the Los Angeles-based Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment and the Greenlining Institute of Berkeley -- this week called for a California foreclosure moratorium. The L.A. group said it was forming a separate organization to help homeowners fight foreclosures called the Home Defenders League. Both groups also called on Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown to support a moratorium. Brown is in discussions with three banks -- J.P. Morgan Chase, Ally Financial Inc. and Bank of America Corp. - following written orders to both Chase and Ally that the two companies suspend California foreclosures until they prove to his office that they are complying with state law. We are talking to them, Jim Finefrock, a Brown spokesman, said. Its been cooperative so far. Brown issued the demands after Ally and Chase said they were halting foreclosures in 23 other states where courts had jurisdiction over the foreclosure process. (A link to the Ally letter is here, while the Chase letter can be found here.) Bank of America has put evictions on hold in the 23 judicial foreclosure states, citing concerns over whether paperwork was handled properly, but Brown has not issued a specific demand to that company. California doesnt require court approval of foreclosure actions as long as lenders follow state rules in seizing properties. But the admission by the lenders that their handling of paperwork in other states may have been flawed has raised concern about California practices. In his letters to the two companies, Brown cited a California law that said lenders, before initiating foreclosure proceedings, must diligently try to contact borrowers to determine eligibility for modifications of home loans written from 2003 through 2007. California Assemblyman Ted Lieu, a Torrance Democrat and author of several mortgagerelated bills, also cited that law this week when he called on two state agencies -- the Department of Financial Institutions and the Department of Corporations -- to impose a 60-day foreclosure moratorium.

Another California law requires that big lenders have a loan-modification program in place. Lieu called on the two agencies to suspend foreclosures and investigate whether banks were complying with these two laws. But representatives for both agencies expressed concern that they may not have the authority to regulate the larger banks as these companies were chartered nationally and regulated by federal authorities. Lieu insisted that the state agencies could impose moratoriums on the big banks. Other Golden State politicians have ratcheted up pressure on lenders in recent days. California's Democratic congressional delegation wrote a letter to federal regulators, including U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric Holder and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke, asking them to investigate delays and possible irregularities in loan modification and foreclosure processes. The letter was signed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco), Rep. Henry A. Waxman (D-Beverly Hills) and Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Garden Grove), among others. -- Alejandro Lazo
