Adams group consists of different personalities which were identified in our interaction as a team.

The group consists of individuals with various strengths and weaknesses which do not really complement each other. This was actually reflected in two of our presentation sessions in the classroom. Weaknesses The test results and the observations by the tutor and the class as a whole revealed that we do not have a complete finisher and a coordinator, which invariably shows that the team members were not well coordinated during the training sessions which resulted in the group not getting good grades. Working together as a team without a complete-finisher reflects one of our weakness as a team. A complete finisher will be more thorough and detailed oriented and will ensure that the task is complete in all respect. In reflection, the team members realised that we did not pay attention to the details of the team members since one of the members had the attributes of a complete finisher but was not supported by the team members, which could have led to her being able to establish her role in the team. Our MBTI result shows that we are rich in perceivers and therefore had difficulties to implement our understanding of the work into a successful management of the task. As perceivers we always tend to improvise our actions and we are accustomed with last minute decisions. We usually get along with finding alternatives to our original plans which results in losing focus of the original goal. There are often difficulties in communication among group members. Some members unintentionally ignored importance of group meetings as a result, the members were not fully aware, what are the plans of the group to go about a task. The group lacked commitment; only the committed members took control of any task. We needed improved commitment of the other members by encouraging them to demonstrate their opinion constructively and attend group meetings. The group tends to lose track of the main task. The group has identified that some of us get off the track and lose concentration of the activity being performed which results in waste of time on chit chats and personal needs and issues being discussed out of the subject. Eventually the group runs out of time and is unable to discuss subject related ideas and achieve consensus. As a collective observation, the group has recognised that there is poor task management. We found that every task that we perform, we fail to assign specific task to each member with relevant skills. The absence of certain

members from group meetings has affected the groups performance and preparations of the task. Strengths The group consists of two activists, two reflectors and a pragmatist. We have observed that the activists have played a major part in driving the whole group. The tackling of the problem with brainstorming, they introduce new ideas and enforcing them has helped us drive in the right direction. The reflectors and pragmatist tend to get persuaded by the activists however, some try to have their say, by disagreeing to the original idea. They balance the equation by collecting and analysing ideas looking at different alternatives. The MBTI test results show that the majority of the group members are Action Plan In the future, we have agreed as a team to always welcome and support each member specially reflectors and pragmatist in order to avoid a repetition of such experiences and to also be able to achieve the teams objectives. The group will start any activity well in advance so that they have sufficient time to go through all the details of the task and review it carefully. Reflectors and judgers opinion will be taken into account before finalizing a task. In the future, the group will ensure that no idea or opinion will be overlooked. The members will acknowledge each others attributes by opening their minds and letting go of the egos, which can often be our downfall. Furthermore we will improve our team's performance by greater interaction between members by group meetings and socializing. We will establish extensive communication between team members via e-mails, telephone and group discussions. The members will ensure attendance in regular meetings and collaborative tasks evaluations.
