Combining my business acumen with excellent process, marketing and customer service skills, I develop programs that retain talent, improve operations and drive revenue. Ive taken multi-million dollar organizations, as well as small companies to new levels of productivity to positively impact both the top and bottom lines. My skills include:

Analyzing business processes and instituting cost-saving improvements Ensuring consistently superior customer service and satisfaction Building solid relationships with vendors to improve operating costs Turning around underperforming businesses Developing marketing plans that open new markets and drive revenue

My credentials include graduating from Dale Carnegie and PMIs Train-the-Trainer programs. I am also certified as a National Restaurant Association Proctor. Colleagues and students find me an effective communicator and problem-solver who is patient, analytical and goal-oriented. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS Established training center. Coaching was inconsistent at C&Ls 13 restaurants. Gained approval from Burger King Corporation to develop and implement Certified Training Restaurant for region. Identified an individual to become a certified trainer. Consistent training across all stores resulted in 10% reduction in management turnover. Raised gross profits significantly in first year. C&Ls 13 restaurants had a low gross profit of 63%. Analyzed processes and operations, creating an action plan. Established clear objectives, training and following up with management teams. Improved gross profit to 66.5%, the highest in five years, with $351K annual profit increase. Designed all needed processes for new franchise. Hired to develop newly-purchased restaurant into franchise concept. Created all systems for franchises, including policy and procedure manuals for every operation required to run a facility. Successfully launched prototype restaurant and eventually led to full franchise offerings. Gained important certification for nearly 2x the managers over national average. C&Ls stores were not Serve Safe certified. Implemented plan to retrain managers on 12 critical items for certification and the teamwork needed to accomplish the goal. Achieved certification for 85% of management, well above Burger Kings 49% average. Overcame cultural issues to improve operations. Burger Kings in the UK were not following procedures and losing valuable managers. Discovered infrequent training from German coach was inadequate and culturally insensitive. Proposed/wrote UK-specific training. Improved understanding lowered management turnover 25%.
