unempl oyed. The busi ness t r ai ni ng, I T t r ai ni ng and f or ei gn l angu ages ar e t he most popul ar among
t he pr ovi der s, but al so most demanded f r om t he user s of non -f or mal educat i on. Non-f or mal
educat i on i s pr ovi ded bot h i n r ur al and ur ban ar eas. Most of t he pr ov i d er s do not have a ver i f i ed
pr ogr am and t hey of f er and i mpl ement t h ei r ser vi ces t oget her w i t h par t ner or gani zat i ons.
